Abstract
The invention relates to the field of oil refining, gas processing and petrochemistry, in particular to composition of zeolite-containing catalyst and the method to convert C-Caliphatic hydrocarbons contained in low-octane virgin gasoline fractions cracked from petroleum or gas condensate, olefin-containing gasoline fractions from secondary oil refining processes, Broad Fractions of Light Hydrocarbons (BFLH), associated petroleum or refinery off-gas paraffin- or olefin-containing gases, C-Calcohols, their esters or mixtures into the high-octane motor gasoline component with its octane number of at least 76 points by motor method (m.m.) or into diesel fraction in a stationary or moving bed of granular or spherical catalyst. The catalyst and the method of using it to convert C-Caliphatic hydrocarbons, C-Calcohols, their esters or their mixtures in an adiabatic or isothermal reactor with heat pipe(-s) or panels at a temperature of 200 – 580°C, pressure of 0.1 – 10.0 MPa, volumetric (liquid) feed rate of 0.1 – 11.0 hinto the high-octane motor gasoline component or diesel fraction, that catalyst containing a zeolite of the pentasil group (ZSM-5 or ZSM-11) with a mole ratio of SiO/AlO=20 – 80 and a content of sodium oxide NaO of not more than 0.2 wt.%, containing zinc oxide and a binder component (gamma-AlO, and/or silicon dioxide, and/or synthetic aluminosilicate, and/or clay, and/or zirconia and others), differing in that it contains strontium additionally. Moreover, its content in the composition of the catalyst varies from 0.01 to 3.0 wt.%, the content of zinc oxide is 0.1 to 6.0 wt.%, the content of zeolite is 20.0 to 90.0 wt.%, the content of binder component building the total composition to 100 wt.%. The catalyst may also contain boron oxide, and/or ferrous oxide (III), and/or magnesium oxide, and/or calcium oxide and/or phosphorous pentoxide and/or fluorine, the total content of all promoting elements (oxides) (B, Fe, Mg, Ca, P, F) not exceeding 5.0 wt.%.
