Abstract

The inventions relates to sports balls—accessories and sportsmen training devices. The ball is a cubical structure from tubular elements (1) arranged along the cube edges and tightly connected therebetween in its apexes forming the air-filled ball chamber. This permits to reduce material consumption, the ball weight and making more convenient to catch a flying ball and quick catching it from any ground. There also provided amusing and unpredictability of ball rebound. An additional inventive feature is aimed at using tubular ball as a massager for providing different types of influence upon the human massaging zones by one or several balls edges thus expanding its use, for that rounded or pointed protrusions (4) are provided on the ball outer surface. In whole, the ball relates to devices of health-improving accessories and serves to preserve health, for training and strengthening vegetative and nervous system, as well as for prophylaxis of human's some diseases.
