Claims (6)

1. Fremgangsmåde til at producere en pakkelukning (10), der har en hals (18), et dæksel (19) og en akse (A), omfattende trinnene a) ved hjælp af bevægelige kæber (11, 12) og en værktøjskerne (14) derdanner halsen (18) med et ydre gevind (21) og dækslet (19) med et indre gevind (26), hvor et indre af halsen (18) er dannet af en ydre første værktøjskernedel (16), og hvor et indre af dækslet (19) er dannet af en indre anden værktøjs kern ed el (17) og en tredje værktøjskernedel (36), idet gevindet (26) af dækslet (19) dannes af den tredje værktøjs kern ed el (36), b) at fjerne kæberne (11, 12) fra den dannede pakkelukning (10), c) at aksialt forskyde den anden værktøjskernedel (17) i forhold til den første værktøjskernedel (16) og derved adskille dækslet (19) og halsen (18), d) at aksialt forskyde den tredje værktøjskernedel (36) i forhold til den anden værktøjskernedel (17) og derved løsne dækslet (19) fra den tredje værktøjskernedel (36), mens den anden værktøjs kern ed el (17) forbliver i indgreb med dækslet (19), e) at forskyde halsen (18) aksialt i forhold til dækslet (19) og at bringe gevindet (26) af dækslet (19) i indgreb med gevindet (21) af halsen (18) gennem en egenfleksibilitet af pakkelukningen (10) for at danne en pakkelukning, der har et dæksel (19) monteret på halsen (18), og f) at forskyde pakkelukningen (10) i forhold til den anden værktøjs kern ed el (17) for at løsne pakkelukningen (10) fra værktøjskernen (14).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, omfattende trinnene i trin a) at danne halsen (18) og dækslet (19) i en enkelt integreret del, hvor halsen (18) er forbundet til dækslet (19) gennem forbindelsesdele (23), og i trin c) at forskyde den tredje værktøjskernedel (36) sammen med den anden værktøjskernedel (17) og derved forskyde dækslet (19) i forhold til halsen (18), mens forbindelsesdelene ødelægges (23).
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, omfattende trinnet i trin e) at presse halsen over den tredje værktøjs kern ed el (36) inden gevindet (26) af dækslet (19) bringes i indgreb med gevindet (21) af halsen (18).
4.
