Claims (14)
1. Høresystem til forbedring af taleforståelighed foren høreapparatsbruger på et offentligt sted med musik inkluderet i baggrundsstøjen, hvor nævnte høresystem inkluderer et høreapparat (10) og en personlig kommunikationsindretning (20), og nævnte høreapparat (10) og nævnte personlige kommunikationsindretning (20) begge inkluderer en kortdistance-radiotransceiver (15, 29) til at tilvejebringe en kortdistance-radiokommunikationsforbindelse, - nævnte høreapparat (10) inkluderer: o en inputtransducer (11, 12), der opsamler et lydsignal fra omgivelserne og tilvejebringer et elektrisk inputsignal derefter; o en signalprocessor (13), der behandler et elektrisk inputsignal ifølge lydbehandlingsparametre af høreapparatet (10), og outputter et behandlet elektrisk signal; ° en outputtransducer (14), der tilvejebringer et outputlydsignal baseret på det behandlede elektriske signal; - nævnte personlige kommunikationsindretning (20) inkluderer: o en behandlingsenhed (23) indrettet til at hente et musikstrømsignal svarende til musikken til stede i baggrundsstøjen; o nævnte behandlingsenhed (23) indrettet til at streame musikstrømsignalet til høreapparatet (10) via nævnte kortdistance-radiokommunikationsforbindelse (29); og - hvor signalprocessoren (13) af høreapparatet (10) er indrettet til at kombinere inputsignalet fra inputtransduceren (11, 12) og musikstrømsignalet af den personlige kommunikationsindretning (20) for at reducere udbredelsen af musikken inkluderet i baggrundsstøjen fra outputlydsignalet leveret af outputtransduceren (14).
2. Høresystemet ifølge krav 1, hvor nævnte personlige kommunikationsindretning (20) yderligere inkluderer: - en anden radiotransceiver (32), der tilvejebringer adgang til datakommunikation med en fjernserver (40a) via Internettet, hvor nævnte fjernserver (40a) er indrettet til at identificere musik ved at sammenligne et akustisk fingeraftryk baseret på et lydsignal med en database af optagelser, og til at tilvejebringe et musikidentifikationsrespons derefter; og - hvor nævnte behandlingsenhed (13) er indrettet til at skabe et akustisk fingeraftryk baseret på en lydsignalssample fra omgivelserne til upload til nævnte fjernserver (40a), og til at modtage nævnte musikidentifikationsrespons.
3. Høresystemet ifølge krav 1, hvor signalprocessoren (13) af høreapparatet (10) inkluderer en subtraheringskomponent (47), der subtraherer musikstrømsignalet fra inputsignalet.
4. Høresystemet ifølge krav 3, hvor signalprocessoren (13) af høreapparatet (10) inkluderer et digitalt filter (46), der synkroniserer musikstrømsignalet i forhold til inputsignalet ved at minimere en kostfunktion baseret på outputtet fra subtraheringskomponenten (47).
5. Høresystemet ifølge krav 4, hvor det digitale filter (46) er et tidsdiskret filter med finit impulsrespons (FIR) af orden N.
6. Høresystemet ifølge krav 1, hvor behandlingsenheden (23) af den personlige kommunikationsindretning (20) inkluderer en kildeselektionskomponent, der vælger kilden for musikstrømsignalet afhængigt af det modtagne musikidentifikationsrespons.
7. Fremgangsmåde til at undertrykke støjniveauet oplevet afen høreapparatsbruger på et offentligt sted med musik inkluderet i baggrundsstøjen, hvor høreapparatet inkluderer en inputtransducer, der opsamler et lydsignal fra omgivelserne og tilvejebringer et elektrisk inputsignal derefter, en : signalprocessor, der behandler det elektriske inputsignal ifølge lydbehandlingsparametre af høreapparatet, og en outputtransducer, der tilvejebringer et outputlydsignal baseret på det behandlede elektriske signal, hvor nævnte fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnene: - at forbinde et høreapparat og en personlig kommunikationsindretning, der i begge har en kortdistance-radiotransceiver til at tilvejebringe en kortdistance-radiokommunikationsforbindelse; - at hente et musikstrømsignal svarende til musikken til stede i baggrundsstøjen; - at streame musikstrømsignalet til høreapparatet via nævnte kortdistance- i radiokommunikationsforbindelse; og - at kombinere inputsignalet opsamlet af inputtransduceren af høreapparatet og musikstrømsignalet for at reducere udbredelsen af musikken inkluderet i baggrundsstøjen af outputlydsignalet leveret af outputtransduceren. I
8. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 7, hvor trinnet at hente et musikstrømsignal svarende til musikken til stede i baggrundsstøjen inkluderer: - at tilvejebringe et akustisk fingeraftryk baseret på en lydsignalsprøve fra omgivelserne; i - at uploade nævnte akustiske fingeraftryk til en fjernserver indrettet til at identificere musik ved at sammenligne det akustiske fingeraftryk med en database af optagelser; - at modtage et musikidentifikationsrespons fra nævnte fjernserver i respons på det uploadede akustiske fingeraftryk; og - at hente et musikstrømsignal baseret på det modtagne musikidentifikationsrespons.
9. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 7, hvor trinnet at kombinere inputsignalet og musikstrømsignalet inkluderer at subtrahere musikstrømsignalet fra inputsignalet.
10. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 9, hvor trinnet at kombinere inputsignalet og musikstrømsignalet inkluderer at synkronisere musikstrømsignalet i forhold til inputsignalet ved at minimere en kostfunktion baseret på outputtet fra subtraheringskomponenten.
11. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved yderligere at omfatte at vælge en kilde til musikstrømsignalet afhængig af det modtagne musikidentifikationsrespons.
12. Høreapparat (10) til forbedring af taleforståelighed for en høreapparatsbruger på et offentligt sted med musik inkluderet i baggrundsstøjen, nævnte høreapparat (10) inkluderer: - en inputtransducer (11, 12), der opsamler et lydsignal fra omgivelserne og tilvejebringer et elektrisk inputsignal derefter; - en signalprocessor (13), der behandler et elektrisk inputsignal ifølge lydbehandlingsparametre af høreapparatet (10); - en outputtransducer (14), der tilvejebringer et outputlydsignal baseret på det behandlede elektriske signal; - en kortdistance-radiotransceiver (15) til at tilvejebringe en kortdistance-radiokommunikationsforbindelse med en personlig kommunikationsindretning (20), hvor nævnte personlige kommunikationsindretning (20) er indrettet til at streame et musikstrømsignal til høreapparatet (10) via nævnte kortdistance-radiokommunikationsforbindelse (15, 29); og - hvor signalprocessoren (13) af høreapparatet (10) er i stand til at kombinere inputsignalet fra inputtransduceren (11, 12) og musikstrømsignal af den personlige kommunikationsindretning (20) forat reducere udbredelsen af musikken til stede i baggrundsstøjen fra outputlydsignalet leveret af outputtransduceren (14).
13. Høresystemet ifølge krav 12, hvor signalprocessoren (13) af høreapparatet (10) inkluderer en subtraheringskomponent (47) til at subtrahere musikstrømsignalet fra inputsignalet.
14. Høresystemet ifølge krav 13, hvor signalprocessoren (13) af høreapparatet (10) inkluderer et digitalt filter (46) til at synkronisere musikstrømsignalet i forhold til inputsignalet ved at minimere en kostfunktion baseret på outputtet fra subtraheringskomponenten (47).
