Claims (15)
1. Drivmekanisme til en medicinleveringsanordning til at indstille og afgive en dosis af medikament, idet mekanismen omfatter: - en indeslutning (20), - en stempelstang (120) til operativt at gribe ind med et stempel (14) fra en patron (12) for at forskyde stemplet (14) i en retning (1) mod det fjerne, - et dosisindikerende element (40) med en information (48) om dosisstørrelse derpå, der er drejelig i en retning (5) af forøget dosis til at indstille en dosis, et drivhjul (130), der er operabelt i indgreb med stempelstangen (120) til at forskyde stempelstangen (120) i retning (1) mod det fjerne for afgivelse af dosis, kendetegnet ved, at det dosisindikerende element (40) er forbundet med et fjederelement (100) og er drejeligt i retningen (5) af forøget dosis imod virkningen af fjederelementet (100), og hvori det dosisindikerende element (40) kan bringes i indgreb med drivhjulet (130) under afgivelse af dosis for at overføre en drivende kraft til drivhjulet (130), når det bliver drevet af det afslappende fjederelement (100) i en retning (6) af formindsket dosis.
2. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 1, hvori det dosisindikerende element (40) omfatter en flad facongivet, dosisindikerende skive.
3. Drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvori fjederelementet (100) omfatter en spiralfjeder, der har et første endeafsnit (101) forbundet med indeslutningen (20, 90) og har et andet endeafsnit (102) forbundet med det dosisindikerende element (40).
4. Drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, der yderligere omfatter et ringformet dosisindstillende element (30), som er drejeligt understøttet af indeslutningen (20) og kan selektivt bringes i indgreb med det dosisindikerende element (40) for at indstille en dosis.
5. Drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, der yderligere omfatter et dosisafgivende element (70), som er drejeligt fastgjort til indeslutningen (20) og kan trykkes ned i en aksial retning (4) imod virkningen af et afgivende fjederelement (84).
6. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 5, hvori det dosisindikerende element (40) ligger aksialt an med det dosisafgivende element (70) .
7. Drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav 5 eller 6, hvori det dosisafgivende element (70) omfatter en gennemgående åbning (72), der tjener som et dosisindikerende vindue, igennem hvilket en del af informationen (48) om dosisstørrelse fra det dosisindikerende element (40) bliver synligt vist.
8. Drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav 5 til 7, hvori det dosisafgivende element (70) er radialt indesluttet af det dosisindstillende element (30).
9. Drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvori det dosisindikerende element (40) omfatter en snoet rille (42) til at gribe ind med et enkelt dosisbegrænsende element (170) .
10. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 9, hvori det enkelte dosisbegrænsende element (170) er radialt forskydeligt i forhold til det dosisafgivende element (70) langs den snoede rille (42) og er drejeligt fastgjort til det dosisafgivende element (70).
11. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 10, hvori det dosisafgivende element (70) omfatter et radialt udad udstrakt vedhæng (76), der er bragt i indgreb med et hak (171) fra det enkelte dosisbegrænsende element (70).
12. Drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav 4 til 11, hvori det dosisindstillende element (30) omfatter del (34) af en omkredsende sidevæg, der udstrækker sig ind i indeslutningen (20).
13. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 12, hvori et sidste dosisbegrænsende element (180), der radialt er klemt inde imellem delen (34) af sidevæggen og indeslutningen (20), er i indgreb med gevind med delen (34) af sidevæggen og er drejeligt låst til indeslutningen (20) .
14. Drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvori det dosisindikerende element (40) omfatter en centralt placeret, tandforsynet, gennemgående åbning (43) , der er i indgreb med i det mindste ét elastisk palelement (112) i en konfiguration til indstilling af en dosis.
15. Medicinleveringsanordning til at indstille og afgive en dosis af medikament, idet anordningen omfatter: - en drivmekanisme (3) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, og - en patron (12), der indeholder medikamentet og er arrangeret i indeslutningen (20) for drivmekanismen (3).
