Claims (15)
1. System (10; 100) til at skylle et shuntkateter (12), hvilket system omfatter: en beholder (34; 116) udformet og indrettet til at rumme et volumen af væske, hvilken beholder er indrettet til at være i forbindelse med shuntkateteret; en lukkeanordning (62; 110) udformet og indrettet til selektivt og i alt væsentligt at blokere dræning fra shuntkateteret og fra beholderen; og kendetegnet ved endvidere at omfatte en strømningspassage (66; 120) fra beholderen til shuntkateteret, hvor beholderen er udformet og indrettet til at tillade, at væske deri bliver sat under tryk, hvorved væsken frigives hurtigt fra strømningspassagen, hvilket fremkalder en impulsstrømning til at skylle shuntkateteret.
2. System ifølge krav 1, hvor lukkeanordningen omfatter et manuelt betjent ventilkammer (60), idet ventilkammeret kan flyttes til en position der i alt væsentligt blokerer dræning fra shuntkateteret og fra beholderen.
3. System ifølge krav 2, hvor ventilkammeret omfatter en kontraventil (80) med en første position der i alt væsentligt blokerer strømning fra beholderen til shuntkateteret.
4. System ifølge krav 3, hvor kontraventilen er indrettet til at åbne ved et forudbestemt tryk fra den tryksatte væske, for derved at tillade at væske frigives hurtigt hvilket giver en impulsstrømning til at skylle shuntkateteret.
5. System ifølge krav 1, hvor lukkeanordningen omfatter en stempel-cylinderanordning (114), idet stemplet reagerer på den tryksatte væske fra beholderen for at bevæge sig til en position der i alt væsentligt blokerer dræning fra shuntkateteret og fra beholderen.
6. System ifølge krav 5, hvor stemplet er udformet og indrettet til at klemme en dræningsstrømningslinje (112).
7. System ifølge krav 1, hvor strømningspassagen omfatter et tværsnitsområde der er mindre end et tværsnitsområde af et lumen af shuntkateteret.
8. System ifølge krav 1, i kombination med shuntkateteret (12).
9. System ifølge krav 8, hvor shuntkateteret omfatter en hoveddel (130) med et lumen derigennem, primært sæt af drænporer (132) dannet i hoveddelen og indrettet til at tillade væskeforbindelse med lumenet og et sekundært sæt af drænporer (134), idet det sekundære sæt af drænporer er lukket og udformet og indrettet til at kunne åbnes.
10. System ifølge krav 9, hvor hvert sekundært sæt af drænporer omfatter en membran (136) indrettet til at lukke poren, idet membranen er udformet og indrettet til at blive brudt ved påføring af væsketryk for at åbne det sekundære sæt af drænporer.
11. System ifølge krav 1, hvor beholderen er udformet og indrettet til at blive fyldt igen ved en hastighed der er lavere end den hastighed, hvorved væske strømmer ud af beholderen, når shuntkateteret skylles.
12. System ifølge krav 1, i kombination med et drænrør (20) til at tilvejebringe dræning.
13. System ifølge krav 2, hvor: beholderen omfatter en bund (32) med et udstående øre (37), en kanal (38) er dannet i det udstående øre hvilket tillader væskeforbindelse mellem beholderen, shuntkateteret og en dræningsvej, idet kanalen omfatter et indhak, og ventilkammeret er bevægeligt modtaget i indhakket; i en første position af ventilkammeret er væskekommunikation mellem beholderen, shuntkateteret og dræningsvejen uhindret; og i en anden position af ventilkammeret, er væskeforbindelse med dræningsvejen blokeret, idet ventilkammeret omfatter en kontraventil med en første position der i alt væsentligt blokerer strømning fra beholderen til kateteret, kontraventilen er indrettet til at åbne ved et forudbestemt tryk af den tryksatte væske, for derved at tillade at væske frigives hurtigt, hvilket giver en impulsstrømning til at skylle shuntkateteret.
14. System ifølge krav 1 omfattende: en stempel-cylinderanordning (110) forbundet med beholderen, idet stemplet (114) reagerer på den tryksatte væske fra beholderen og bevæger sig til en position, der i alt væsentligt blokerer dræning fra shuntkateteret og fra beholderen; og en strømningspassage (120) fra beholderen til kateteret, hvor strømningspassagen omfatter et tværsnitsområde der er mindre end et tværsnitsområde af et lumen af shuntkateteret, hvor beholderen er udformet og indrettet til at tillade, at væske deri bliver sat under tryk, hvorved væsken frigives hurtigt fra strømningspassagen, hvilket fremkalder en impulsstrømning til at skylle shuntkateteret.
15. System ifølge krav 14, hvor stemplet er udformet og indrettet til at klemme en dræningstrømningslinje (102).
