Claims (14)
1. Fremgangsmåde til behandling af hjertefrekvensdata omfattende: en processor (213, 223, 230), der behandler (421, 422) hjertefrekvensdata, indhentet fra en bruger med en sensorindretning (210) over en overvågningsperiode på mindst én dag, afhængigt af brugerens biometriske data, til at bestemme (120, 423) en samlet hjerteslagsværdi for brugeren over nævnte overvågningsperiode; en processor (213, 223, 230), der bestemmer (431) en helbredsprædikativ-aktivitetsscore fra nævnte samlede hjerteslagsværdi i henhold til en model kalibreret med top-oxygenoptagelse af populationsundersøgelsesindivider; en processor (213, 223, 230), der bestemmer (130, 432) en helbredsrisikoindikator for brugeren afledt fra nævnte helbredsprædikativaktivitetsscore; og en brugerindretning (210, 220), der tilvejebringer (440) nævnte helbredsrisikoindikator til brugeren ved hjælp af et brugerinterface (211, 221).
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor nævnte biometriske data omfatter en hvilehjertefrekvensværdi for brugeren og en en maksimal hjertefrekvensværdi for brugeren.
3. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 eller 2, hvor overvågningsperioden er mindst fem dage.
4. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor hjertefrekvensdataet er en serie af pulsmålinger.
5. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 4, yderligere omfattende at ekstrapolere nævnte serie af pulsmålinger for at fremstille en jævnt fordelt serie af datapunkter eller en kontinuerlig hjertefrekvensfunktion i løbet af overvågningsperioden.
6. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 2, eller ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 3 til 5 som afhængigt af krav 2, hvor nævnte behandling omfatter normalisering (421) af hjertefrekvensdataet, en jævnt fordelt serie af datapunkter afledt fra hjertefrekvensdataet eller en kontinuerlig funktion afledt fra hjertefrekvensdataet ved at subtrahere nævnte hvilehjertefrekvensværdi og dividere resultatet med forskellen mellem nævnte ene maksimale hjertefrekvensværdi og h vilehjertefrekvensværd ien.

Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 6, hvor nævnte behandling yderligere omfatter at bestemme (422) en serie af intensitetsscorer zk eller en intensitetsscorefunktion z(t) fra en serie af normaliserede hjertefrekvensværdier yk eller en kontinuerlig normaliseret hjertefrekvensfunktion y(t)), en konstant skaleringsfaktor ci og en konstant vægtningsfaktor a i henhold til: zk = ci(ec2 Yk - 1); z(t) = a(ec2 - 1) hvor ci og a vælges fra en flerhed af muligheder i henhold til et eller flere brugerkarakteristika.
8. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 7, hvor nævnte samlede hjerteslagsværdi bestemmes som Euler-integrationssummen eller bestemt integral af intensitetsscorerne eller intensitetsfunktionen i løbet af overvågningsperioden.
9. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 8, hvor nævnte bestemmelse af helbredsprædikativ-aktivitetsscoren V er i henhold til: V = C3 + C4(l - e'p), hvor P er den samlede hjertefrekvensværdi og konstanterne C3 og C4 bestemmes fra populationsopmålingsdata.
10. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 9, hvor helbredsrisikoindikatoren PAI bestemmes i henhold til: pai = 10°^3> Vthreshold hvor Vthreshoid er en konstant valgt fra en flerhed af muligheder i henhold til et eller flere brugerkarakteristika.
11. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, gentaget periodisk, med en gentagelsesperiode: lig med overvågningsperioden således at fremgangsmåden gentages konsekutivt; eller mindre end overvågningsperioden således at fremgangsmåden udføres i et glidende vindue ("sliding window").
12. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, yderligere omfattende at estimere brugerens top aerobe kapacitet under anvendelse af et lavpasfilter på den samlede hjerteslagsværdi eller en værdi afledt derfra og biometrisk data for brugeren.
13. Computerprogramprodukt omfattende computerudførlige instruktioner til udførelse af fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav.
