Claims (8)
1. Spindelenhed til værktøjsmaskiner med en arbejdsspindel (1), som er drejeligt lejret i spindellejer, der er er anbragt i aksial afstand, i et spindelhus (2), og en elektrisk drivmotor, hvor motorspindlen på topsiden har en spændeind-retning (8) til et værktøj og på bagsiden en ikke-roterende ringcylinder (10) til aktivering af spændeindretningen (8) via en roterende trækstang (9) og en dre-jegennemføring (16) til forsyning af værktøjerne med køle- og/eller smøremiddel gennem en hydraulisk ledning (14), der strækker sig i længderetningen gennem arbejdsspindlen (1), hvor mindst et delafsnit af den ikke-roterende ringcylinder (10) er optaget i et endeafsnit af arbejdsspindlen (1) på bagsiden, kendetegnet ved en sensor (13) til detektering af trækstangens (9) stilling, hvilken sensor er anbragt i området af den ikke-roterende ringcylinders (10) delafsnit, der er optaget i arbejdsspindlens (1) endeafsnit på bagsiden.
2. Spindelenhed til værktøjsmaskiner ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at der endvidere er optaget mindst et hovedafsnit af drejegennemføringen (16) i arbejdsspindlens (1) endeafsnit på bagsiden.
3. Spindelenhed til værktøjsmaskiner ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at dre-jegennemføringens (16) hovedafsnit er optaget i den ikke-roterende ringcylinder (10).
4. Spindelenhed til værktøjsmaskiner ifølge et af kravene 1-3, kendetegnet ved, at arbejdsspindlens (1) endeafsnit på bagsiden, i hvilket endeafsnit i det mindste delafsnittet af den ikke-roterende ringcylinder (10) og eventuelt delafsnittet af drejegennemføringen (16) er optaget, er lejret i et bageste spindelleje (7), hvor delafsnittet af den ikke-roterende ringcylinder (10) og eventuelt delafsnittet af drejegennemføringen samt spindellejet (7) overlapper hinanden i radial retning.
5. Spindelenhed til værktøjsmaskiner ifølge et af kravene 1-4 , kendetegnet ved, at den elektriske drivmotor har en stator (4), som er fast monteret i spindelhuset, og en rotor (5), der er fastgjort på arbejdsspindlen, hvor det bageste spindelleje (7), ringcylinderen (10) og drejegennemføringen (16) er anbragt i det mindste delvist inde i viklingshovedet (4b) af statoren (4).
6. Spindelenhed til værktøjsmaskiner ifølge et af kravene 1-5, kendetegnet ved, at sensoren (13), som er anbragt inde i arbejdsspindlen (1), til detektering af trækstangens (9) stilling genererer et første signal ved forskydning af trækstangen (9) i spænderetning til en position ved fastspænding af et værktøj, et andet signal ved forskydning af trækstangen (9) i spænderetning uden fastspændt værktøj og et tredje signal, når spændeindretningen (8) er åbnet.
7. Spindelenhed til værktøjsmaskiner ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at sensoren (13) er anbragt i en boring af ringcylinderen (10).
8. Spindelenhed til værktøjsmaskiner ifølge et af kravene 1-7, kendetegnet ved, at ringcylinderen (10) er sat ind i et udvidet endeafsnit af en boring (1a), som går gennem arbejdsspindlen (1).
