Description
Description
The invention relates to a holding assembly according to the preamble of claim 1 as well as a folding lid with such a holding assembly.
Such a holding assembly is shown in DE 10 2007 021 656 A1. There, between the setting lever of a lid stay and a furniture flap in the shape of a folding lid, an adjustment device is provided, by means of which the pivot axis, around which the setting lever is pivotably connected to the flap of the cabinet, is adjustable. For this, the adjustment device has an adjustment element in the shape of a rocker, which is attached pivotably to a bearing element, which is connected to the furniture flap. A different holding assembly of the above named type is, for example, known from EP 1 799 945 B1. The holding element serves for moving a movable furniture element, for example a flap, relative to the body of the cabinet. There, the arm is provided in form of a setting arm lever, which length is adjustable, when the furniture element is closed. For this, the setting arm lever has two setting arm elements, which are connected frictionally to each other for pre-fixing of the length of the setting arm lever. Alternatively, the bearing point of the setting arm lever is adjustable on a furniture flap. EP 0 794 309 A1 shows a holding fitting for a folding lid, wherein a bolt with eccentric shaft part forms an adjustable abutment for an angle lever of the holding fitting.
Object of the present invention is, to enable a simple adjustment of the holding assembly, to be able to compensate assembly and manufacturing tolerances of a folding lid relative to a body of a cabinet.
The object is met by a holding assembly according to claim 1 as well as a folding lid according to claim 8. Advantageous embodiments derive from the dependent claims.
Hereby, a simple adjustability of the arm, preferably at its body-sided end, is enabled, wherein by means of simple displacement of the eccentric an adjustment is enabled. Preferably, the eccentric is connected such to the attachment element, that no separate attachment devices have to be provided. In this case, the eccentric can be connected such to the attachment element, that frictional forces are produced, which prevent a rotating of the eccentric during intended use of the holding assembly and to enable only a rotation of the eccentric, for example by means of a tool, for adjusting the holding assembly. During rotation of the eccentric, the pivot axis is moved around the eccentric axis and thus, is adjusted relative to the body.
The eccentric has a circular outer circumferential face, on which the arm with an accommodation bore is supported pivotably around the pivot axis. Thus, the eccentric forms itself the bearing position for the arm. A setting unit is provided, which has a force drive, to act with a force onto the folding lid at least from an intermediate position in direction to an open position. In this case, the setting unit has a setting arm, which is driven by the force drive and which is hinged on the one hand to the body and on the other hand to the folding lid. Thus, the force drive can be used to ensure that the folding lid is held in any position, at least from an intermediate position to the open position.
In this case, the setting arm can be pivotably attached on the upper lid element. Preferably, the upper lid element is then not connected via further hinges to the body. In this case, the arm serves as a control arm, which controls the movement of the lower lid element. To provide a compact structure of the holding assembly, the setting arm can be pivotably attached on the attachment element.
Alternatively, the setting arm can be represented by the arm itself. Thus, the arm serves not as control arm, but drives the lid. For this, a hinge has to be provided, which pivotably connects the upper lid element to the body.
The object is further met by a folding lid with an above described holding assembly, wherein the folding lid comprises an upper lid element and a lower lid element. The upper lid element is pivotably connected around a body axis to the body. The lower lid element is pivotably connected around a lid axis to the upper lid element. In this case, the body axis and the lid axis are preferably arranged parallel to each other and horizontally.
In the following, a preferred embodiment of a holding assembly according to the invention is described in more detail using the drawings. Herein it shows
Figure 1 a cabinet with a holding assembly in a longitudinal sectional view, wherein a folding lid of the cabinet is mounted with a too large clearance to a body of the cabinet;
Figure 2 the cabinet with holding assembly of Figure 1 with correctly adjusted folding lid, and
Figure 3 the cabinet with holding assembly of Figure 1 with the folding lid in an intermediate position.
Figures 1 to 3 show a holding assembly 1 of a cabinet 2 according to the invention in different positions and these are described in the following together. The cabinet 2 comprises a body 3 and a folding lid 4, which closes a compartment of the cabinet 2 and can be displaced from a closed position as shown in Figure 2 via an intermediate position as shonw in Figure 3 to an upper open position, not shown here.
The folding lid 4 comprises an upper lid element 5, which is pivotably attached around a body axis K on the body 3. Furthermore, the folding lid 4 comprises a lower lid element 6, which is pivotably connected around a lid axis D to the upper lid element 5. On the lower lid element 6, an arm 7 is pivotably attached, wherein the arm 7 is held pivotably around an arm axis A relative to the lower lid element 6. Furthermore, the arm 7 is pivotably attached around a pivot axis S on the body 3. The pivot axis S is visible in the enlarged detail E in Figure 2. The arm 7 is adjustable via an adjustment device 8. Said in greater detail, the pivot axis S is adjustable via the adjustment device 8. For this, the adjustment device 8, as visible in the detail E in Figure 2, comprises an attachment element 9, formed in the shape of an attachment plate and attached on a side wall of the body 3. An eccentric 10 is pivotably attached around an eccentric axis X on the attachment element 9. The eccentric axis X is arranged at a distance to the pivot axis S, wherein the eccentric axis X and the pivot axis S extend parallel to each other. The eccentric 10 has an outer circumferential face 11, on which the arm 7 is arranged with an accommodation bore 12. The outer circumferential face 11 serves, thus, as bearing face, on which the arm 7 is supported with its accommodation bore 12. By means of turning the eccentric 10 around the eccentric axis X, thus, the pivot axis S is moved around the eccentric axis X, whereby the pivot point of the arm 7 is adjusted relative to the body 3. In this manner also the arm axis A is adjusted relative to the body 3. In Figure 1, the eccentric 10 is in a zero position, in which the eccentric axis X and the pivot axis S form a plane, which is arranged horizontally. In Figure 2, the eccentric 10 is turned by approximately 45° clockwise, so that the pivot axis S is moved vertically upwards and slightly into the body 3. It can be seen that, thus, the non-uniform gap can be eleminated between the folding lid 4 and the body 3 of Figure 1 and Figure 2.
Furthermore, the holding assembly 1 comprises a setting unit 13, attached on the body 3. The attachment element 9 is part of the setting unit 13. The setting unit 13 has a force drive 14, which is, in this case, only shown schematically. The force drive 14 serves to act with a force on the folding lid 4 at least from its intermediate position, shown in Figure 3, in the direction towards the open position. In this case, it can be provided, that the folding lid 4 moves automatically from the intermediate position into the open position or that the folding lid 4 is held in any position between the intermediate position and the open position. The force drive 14 can for example be a spring accumulator or a gas pressure spring. Different drives, like for example electric drives with electric motor, can also be considered. The setting unit 13 comprises a setting arm 15, which is driven by the force drive 14. The setting arm 15 is pivotably connected to the body 3 and to the upper lid element 5. The upper lid element 5 is not connected via a further hinge, for example a stopper hinge, to the body 3. Besides the articulated attachment via the lower lid element 6 and the arm 7, the upper lid element 5 is only connected via the setting unit 13 to the body 3. In this case, the setting unit 13 can comprise a parallelogram arrangement, to which components the setting arm 15 belongs, so that the body axis K can be moved spatially relative to the body 3.
Generally, all axes, i.e. the body axis, the lid axis, the arm axis, the pivot axis and the eccentric axis, are arranged parallel to each other and horizontally. Alternatively, arm 7 may be designed as an setting arm, whereby the force drive 14 would drive arm 7 or the setting arm 15. Thus, contrary to the example given in Figures 1 to 3, the upper lid element 5 would not be driven by the setting unit, but the lower lid element 6. In this embodiment the upper lid element 5 would be connected to the body 3 by a hinge.
