Claims (13)

HØJTYDENDE TERMOISOLERINGSMATERIALER PATENTKRAV
1. Termoisoleringsmateriale, særligt i form af et fast skum, dannet ud fra uorganiske partikler samt aerogeler med submikrometerporøsitet, hvor dette materiale integrerer to intervaller med forskellige porøsiteter, hvor det første interval udgøres af makroporer med diametre, der ligger mellem 10 pm og 3 mm, og det andet interval udgøres af submikrometerporer med diametre, der er større end 4 nm og mindre end 1 pm, idet det porøse volumen på de nævnte submikrometerporer er på mindst 0,5 cm3/g, og massefylden af dette isoleringsmateriale er mindre end 300 kg/m3.
2. Termoisoleringsmateriale ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det overvejende er uorganisk.
3. Termoisoleringsmateriale ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at det opnås på basis af mindst følgende bestanddele: et vandigt skum eller vand, uorganiske partikler med submikrometerporøsitet, generelt tilsat skummet eller vandet som en dispersion/suspension, idet disse partikler udviser en specifik overflade S større end 5 m2/g, og i påkommende tilfælde et organisk bindemiddel og/eller et uorganisk bindemiddel og/eller et tensid og/eller forstærkninger.
4. Termoisoleringsmateriale ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at de uorganiske partikler er på basis af siliciumoxider og/eller deres derivater, idet de særligt integrerer jordalkalimetaller eller ej, særligt er disse partikler af siliciumdioxid, et silikat og/eller ler, og/eller de uorganiske partikler er på basis af dolomitter og/eller karbonater.
5. Termoisoleringsmateriale ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at de uorganiske partikler er silikater eller carbonater af alkalimetaller eller jordalkalimetaller, fortrinsvis udvalgt blandt calcium og magnesium.
6. Termoisoleringsmateriale ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at porevoluminet for submikrometerporerne varierer fra 0,5 til 3 cm3/g, og porevoluminet for makroporerne er større end 1 cm3/g, fortrinsvis større end 3 cm3/g, og særligt varierer fra 5 til 15 cm3/g.
7. Termoisoleringsmateriale ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at blandingen endvidere indeholder mindst ét poredannende middel.
8. Termoisoleringsmateriale ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at det har en specifik termisk konduktivitet mindre end 40 mW/im.K·}, særligt mindre end 35 mW/(m.K] og fortrinsvis mindre end 30 mW/(m.K).
9. Anvendelse af materialet ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8 til varmeisolering af bygninger.
10. Fremstillingsmetode for varmeisoleringsmaterialet ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, der omfatter følgende trin: - mindst ét trin til klargøring af en blanding af uorganiske partikler med specifikt overfladeareal S større end 5 m2/g, og som har et porevolumen på mindst 0,5 cm3/g i porøsitetsintervallet mellem 4 nm og 1 pm; - mindst ét trin til fremstilling af et skum, der inkluderer disse partikler; - mindst ét trin til udførelsesformen, i særdeleshed til formaling, udsprøjtning eller støbning af dette skum; - mindst ét trin til i det mindste partiel tørring af skummet eller af det således opnåede materiale.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved, at der til blandingen af partikler eller til skummet tilsættes mindst ét tilsætningsmiddel, såsom et poredannende middel, et tensid, et organisk eller uorganisk bindemiddel, et strømningsmiddel, et afspændingsmiddel og/eller forstærkninger.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 10 eller 11, kendetegnet ved, at den efter tørringen indbefatter: - eventuelt mindst ét trin med termisk behandling, der tillader forstærkning af materialet og/eller i påkommende tilfælde eliminering af det poredannende middel og/eller - eventuelt mindst ét trin med hydrofobering.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 10 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at fremstillingen af det vandige skum, der indbefatter partiklerne, fremstilles ved direkte opskumning eller ved tilsætning af partikelblandingen til et allerede dannet, vandigt skum.
