Claims (16)
1. Emballage af papir eller karton, idet emballagen i det mindste delvist er fremstillet af mineralolieforurenet genbrugspapir, og idet emballagen i det mindste har et barrierelag, som kan fremstilles ved at påføre en vandig polymerdispersion indeholdende en blanding af i det mindste to polymerer A og B, idet polymer A er en copolymer, som kan fremstilles ved hjælp af emulsionspolymerisation af (a) en eller flere hovedmonomerer, som er udvalgt af gruppen bestående af Cl- til C4-alkyl(meth)acrylater, (b) 0,1 til 5 vægt-% af en eller flere syremonomerer, (c) 0-20 vægt-% acrylnitril og (d) 0 til 10 vægt-% yderligere monomerer, som er forskellige fra monomererne (a) til (c) , idet glasovergangstemperaturen i polymer A er højere end +45 °C, og idet glasovergangstemperaturen i polymer B er lavere end +10 °C, idet den for den af glasovergangstemperaturerne for de enkelte polymerer beregnede middelværdi ligger i området fra +10 til +45 °C, idet barrierelaget kan befinde sig på i det mindste en af emballageoverfladerne, eller barrierelaget kan danne i det mindste et af flere lag på en flerlaget emballagebelægning, eller barrierelaget kan befinde sig som belægning på i det mindste en side af en i emballagen eksisterende indvendig pose.
2. Emballage ifølge det foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at i det mindste 70 vægt-% af copolymer A er opbygget af hovedmonomererne (a).
3. Emballage ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at hovedmonomererne (a) er udvalgt af grupperne bestående af methylacrylat og methylmethacrylat.
4. Emballage ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at copolymer A kan fremstilles af (a) 79,5 til 99,5 vægt-% af en eller flere hovedmonomerer, som er udvalgt af gruppen bestående af Cl- til C4-alkyl(meth)acrylater, (b) 0,5 til 5 vægt-% af en eller flere syremonomerer udvalgt af acrylsyre og methacrylsyre, (c) 0-20 vægt-% acrylnitril og ikke yderligere monomerer, der er forskellige fra monomer (a) til (c).
5. Emballage ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den af glasovergangstemperaturen for de enkelte polymerer beregnede middelværdi ligger i området fra +15 til +40 °C.
6. Emballage ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at glasovergangstemperaturen for polymer A ligger i området fra 46 til 80 °C, og glasovergangstemperaturen for polymer B ligger i området fra -10 til +9 °C, idet mængdeforholdet mellem polymererne A og B er udvalgt således, at den af glasovergangstemperaturerne for de enkelte polymerer beregnede middelværdi ligger i området fra +15 til +40 °C.
7. Emballage ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at de yderligere monomerer (d) er udvalgt af gruppen bestående af C5- til C20-alkyl(meth)acrylater, vinylestere af carboxylsyrer indeholdende op til 20 C-atomer, vinylaromater med op til 20 C-atomer, fra acrylnitril forskellige ethylenisk umættede nitriler, vinylhalogenider, vinylethere med alkoholer indeholdende fra 1 til 10 C-atomer, alifatiske carbonhydrider med 2 til 8 C-atomer og en eller to dobbeltbindinger og blandinger af disse monomerer.
8. Emballage ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at polymerblandingen anvendes i kombination med op til 1 vægtdel pladeformede pigmenter til 1 vægtdel polymerer.
9. Emballage ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at belægningen med polymerblandingen har en gennemtrængelighed for luftformet n-hexan på mindre end 50 g/m2 d ved 23 °C og en påføringsvægt på 20 til 25 g/m2 på papir.
10. Emballage ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at polymerblandingen er indeholdt i den vandige polymerdispersion i en mængde på 15 til 75 vægt-%, fortrinsvis på 40 til 60 vægt-%.
11. Emballage ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at barrierelaget befinder sig som belægning på i det mindste en side af en i emballagen eksisterende indvendig pose, og materialet på den indvendige pose er udvalgt af polyolefiner, fortrinsvis polyethylen eller orienteret polypropylen.
14. Emballage ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at barrierelaget har en tykkelse på 2 til 30 ym.
15. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en emballage ifølge krav 1, idet en sammensætning i form af en vandig polymerdispersion stilles til rådighed og påføres på et emballagesubstrat eller på overfladen af en indvendig pose og tørres, idet den vandige polymerdispersion indeholder en polymerblanding med de på polymerdispersionen baserede træk ifølge i det mindste et af kravene 1 til 11.
16. Anvendelse af en vandig polymerdispersion indeholdende i det mindste en polymerblanding med de på polymerdispersion baserede træk ifølge i det mindste et af kravene 1 til 11 til fremstilling af et barrierelag mod flygtige mineraloliebestanddele.
