Claims (7)
1. Isoleret promotor valgt fra gruppen bestående af (i) en promotor bestående af en nukleotidsekvens med i det mindste 70% sekvensidentitet med SEQ ID NR: 1, SEQ ID NR: 2, SEQ ID NR: 3, eller SEQ ID NR: 4; (ii) en promotor bestående af en nukleotidsekvens, som hybridiserer under i det mindste middel stringensbetingelser med SEQ ID NR: 1, SEQ ID NR: 2, SEQ ID NR: 3, eller SEQ ID NR: 4; eller hybridiserer den fuld-længde komplementære sekvens deraf (Hi) en promoter bestående af SEQ ID NR: 1, SEQ ID NR: 2, SEQ ID NR: 3, eller SEQ ID NR: 4.
2. Promoter ifølge krav 1, som består af den polynucleotide sekvens af SEQ ID NR: 1, SEQ ID NR: 2, SEQ ID NR: 3, eller SEQ ID NR: 4.
3. Nukleinsyrekonstrukt omfattende et polynukleotid, der koder for et polypeptid, der er operabelt forbundet til en promoter ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 - 2.

5. (b) isolering af polypeptidet fra kultiveringsmediet.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor promoteren består af polynukleotidsekvensen af SEQ ID NR: 1, SEQ ID NR: 2, SEQ ID NR: 3, eller SEQ ID NR: 4.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 5-6, hvor polypeptidet er nativt eller fremmed overfor den fungale værtscelle.
