Claims (15)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af fornyeligt brændstof, hvilken frem-gangsmåde omfatter: (a) termokemisk omdannelse af lignocellulosisk biomasse ved flashpyrolyse i en stigrørsreaktor og i nærvær af en katalysator, hvorved der tilvejebringes en bioolie med et oxygenindhold i området 15 til 50 vægtprocent; (b) separering af bioolien i mindst en let fraktion, en mellemfraktion og en tung fraktion, hvor middel-kogepunktet af den tunge fraktion er mindst 100 °C højere end middel-kogepunktet af den lette fraktion, hvor mellemfraktionen har et middel-kogepunkt mellem middel-kogepunkterne af den lette fraktion og den tunge fraktion; og (c) hydrobehandling af mindst en del af den lette fraktion, hvorved der tilvejebringes en hydrobehandlet let fraktion.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor separeringen i trin (b) ikke øger temperaturen af bioolien til over 250 °C.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor separeringen i trin (b) udføres ved hjælp af ikke-opvarmet destination, ekstraktion, membranseparation og/eller delvis kondensation.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor mindst 30 vægtprocent af bioolien, der udsættes for separeringen i trin (b), separeres i den lette fraktion, hvor mindst 10 vægtprocent af bioolien, der udsættes for separeringen i trin (b), separeres i den tunge fraktion.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor mindst 75 vægtprocent af den lette fraktion har et kogepunkt under 325 °C, hvor mindst 75 vægtprocent af den tunge fraktion har et kogepunkt over 325 °C.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor bioolien har et oxygenindhold i området 15 til 25 vægtprocent.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor oxygenindholdet af den hydrobehand-lede lette fraktion er mindre end 50 procent af oxygenindholdet af den lette fraktion.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den hydrobehandlede lette fraktion har en TAN-værdi, der er mindst 50 procent mindre end TAN-værdien af den lette fraktion.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende krakning af mindst en del af den tunge fraktion, hvorved der tilvejebringes et krakket produkt.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvor krakningen indbefatter forbehandling ved hydrobehandling, hvor TAN-værdien af det krakkede produkt er mindst 50 procent mindre end TAN-værdien af den tunge fraktion.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, yderligere omfattende kombinering af mindst en del af det krakkede produkt med mindst en del af den lette fraktion og/eller med mindst en del af den hydrobehandlede lette fraktion.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor mindst 75 vægtprocent af den lette fraktion har et kogepunkt under 215 °C, hvor mindst 75 vægtprocent af mel-lemfraktionen har et kogepunkt mellem 215 °C og 325 °C, hvor mindst 75 vægtprocent af den tunge fraktion har et kogepunkt over 325 °C.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende hydrobehandling af mindst en del af mellemfraktionen til fremstilling af en hydrobehandlet mel-lemfraktion.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor katalysatoren omfatter en syre på fast form.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor flashpyrolysen sker ved opholdstider på mindre end 2 sekunder og ved en temperatur i området 250 til 800 °C.
