Claims (12)
- AUTOMATISK TILPASNING AF HØREAPPARATER Krav1. En metode til tilpasning af en lydbehandlingsenhed til en enkeltperson, hvor metoden udføres af en beregningsenhed og omfatter: afspilning af akustiske signaler for brugeren, hvor de akustiske signaler omfatter syntetiserede eller indspillede talte ord; opnåelse af brugertilbagemelding i forhold til brugerens opfattelser af de akustiske signaler ved at levere en brugergrænseflade, hvorigennem brugeren kan indtaste det eller de ord, som brugeren hørte; afledning ud fra nævnte brugertilbagemelding af et hørekort, der repræsenterer brugerens hørelse, ved at bestemme nøjagtigheden af brugerens tilbagemelding i forhold til de ord, der rent faktisk blev afspillet, og skøn af en procentdel af oplysninger, der blev overført til brugeren, for at vurdere hørekortsparametre inden for specifikke frekvensbånd; og opdatering af en tilpasning af lydbehandlingsenheden ud fra nævnte hørekort.
- 2. Metoden i krav 1, som desuden omfatter overvågning af de akustiske signalers lydtrykniveau og kontrol af niveauet af de akustiske signaler som reaktion på det overvågede lydtrykniveau.
- 3. Metoden i krav 1 eller krav 2, som desuden omfatter, før opnåelse af brugertilbagemelding, den behandlingsenhed, der præsenterer brugeren for et hørelses spørgeskema for at opnå brugertilbagemelding i form af brugerens svar på spørgeskemaet.
- 4. Metoden i ethvert af kravene 1 til 3, hvori brugertilbagemeldingen giver en indikation af mindst én af: brugerens hørelsestærskler, brugerens komfortniveauer, brugerens tærskler for ubehag; brugerens klassificeringer af lydkvalitet for musik og andre lyde; og brugernes taleforståelsesresultater for kontrolleret præsentation af talestimuli.
- 5. Metoden i ethvert af kravene 1 til 4, som omfatter det foreløbige trin til download via internettet af et softwareprogram til installation på beregningsenheden og til udførelse af metoden.
- 6. Metoden i ethvert af kravene 1 til 5, hvori hørekortet omfatter et audiogram.
- 7. Metoden i ethvert af kravene 1 til 5, hvori hørekortet omfatter en forenklet repræsentation af brugernes hørelse.
- 8. Metoden i ethvert af kravene 1 til 7, hvori afspilningen af de akustiske signaler udføres på en måde, hvor lyd leveres hovedsageligt separat til hvert af brugerens øre for at aflede et respektivt hørekort for hvert øre.
- 9. En enhed til tilpasning af en lydbehandlingsenhed til en enkeltperson, hvor enheden omfatter: en audioudgang; en brugergrænseflade til at acceptere brugertilbagemelding; en processor, der er konfigureret til afspilning af akustiske signaler for brugeren via audioudgangen, hvor de akustiske signaler omfatter syntetiserede eller indspillede talte ord, og processoren, der er konfigureret til via brugergrænsefladen at opnå brugertilbagemelding i forhold til brugerens opfattelse af de akustiske signaler, hvor brugertilbagemeldingen omfatter det eller de ord, som brugeren hørte, hvor processoren desuden er konfigureret til ud fra nævnte brugertilbagemelding at aflede et hørekort, der repræsenterer brugerens hørelse, ved at bestemme en nøjagtighed af brugerens tilbagemelding i forhold til de ord, der rent faktiske blev afspillet, og vurdere en procentdele af oplysninger, der blev overført til brugeren, for at vurdere hørekortsparametre inden for specifikke frekvensbånd; og opdatering af en tilpasning af lydbehandlingsenheden ud fra nævnte hørekort.
- 10. Enheden i krav 9, hvori lydbehandlingsenheden er mindst én af: beregningsenheden, en stationær computer, en bærbar computer, en mobiltelefon, en personlig digital lydafspiller, et åbent båret høreapparat, et skjult høreapparat; et headset, hovedtelefoner og en assisterende lytteenhed (ALD).
- 11. Enheden i krav 9 eller krav 10, som desuden omfatter en mikrofon til overvågning af lydtrykniveauet af de akustiske signaler, der præsenteres for brugeren, til kontrol heraf.
- 12. Enheden i ethvert af kravene 9 til 11, som desuden omfatter mindst én af: et headset; hovedtelefoner eller øretelefoner; til at udføre levering af lyd hovedsageligt separat til hvert af brugerens øre, og hvori processoren desuden er konfigureret til at aflede et respektivt hørekort for hvert øre.
