Description
FREMBRINGELSENS AREA
The generation according to the utility model relates luftdækslidbaner and in particular a removable luftdækslidbane which can be used as a detachable tread for pneumatic tires of various types of automotive vehicles with different loading capacity depending on the driving conditions and the vehicle operating conditions.
BACKGROUND ART
Currently, there are many types of devices designed to improve the driving performance of vehicles, where the devices to be mounted on pneumatic tires of the vehicle when used in extreme conditions, for example. while driving on snowy and icy roads and in off-road driving.
This task is especially important for trucks, that never uses winter tires, as they are relatively expensive. A similar situation occurs with respect to sports cars which are virtually uncontrollable under extreme weather conditions.
Along with the task to provide devices intended to improve the driving behavior of køretøjsluftdæk in winter conditions, there is a task to provide devices which are able to protect winter tires during short-term operation under the mentioned ambient temperatures, which are known to cause more rapid wear of the tires.
Another task is to provide removable treads for mounting on worn treads of pneumatic tires for putting new tread on the tires.
Currently, one way to accomplish the above tasks, to provide ring-shaped, removable tread to be mounted on pneumatic tires. Attachment of the annular tread on the tires is the main problem during passage of curves and driving on bumpy roads where significant lateral forces occur.
There is a køretøjsluftdæk having a removable tread, comprising a body and a tread ring krympepasset thereon, the tread not having a uforlængeligt ply, wherein the mounting surfaces of dæklegemet and removable tread ring are flat, and the tread has been sustained by the side projection of dæklegemet.
A disadvantage of this device is the considerable stresses which occur in the side surfaces of the tires during operation due to the lateral forces, which cause rapid destruction of the side protrusions and the loose fit of treads for any dæklegemet.
In general, the engagement surfaces of the tire and the tread customized to securely attach the treads to dæklegemet no.
Patent US 3557858 describes a configuration of an entire deck, which has a removable tread and consists of two parts, a tire and a removable ring. In order to maintain the secure attachment of the detachable ring on the tire has a field-len of the tire annular grooves, which engage with the corresponding protrusions disposed on the inside surface of the movable ring so that the projections are positioned within dækrillerne after the assembly process.
This configuration requires precise alignment of dækrillerne and the projections of the removable rings, or the ring may slip off the tire during the passage of a road curve.
A disadvantage of tires, which have removable treads secured using the grooves in the crown portion of the tire carcass is a risk of clogging of the grooves with the resulting difficulty in attaching and detaching of the tread and deterioration of dækrobustheden.
In order to improve the security of the attachment of treads not to the deck, and to increase the lateral stiffness's patent RU 253 603 proposed a removable tread configuration in which the engagement surfaces of the body and the removable tread ring is provided in the form of corresponding conical step surfaces. The diameter of the central portion of the tire and the diameter of the central portion of the tread not reduced to the axis of symmetry of the tire's cross-section, and the tapered side surfaces thereof are oppositely inclined. In contrast to the above configurations, in which a removable tread is mounted using grooves or other structural elements disposed within the tire carcass, is a removable tread of the patent RU 2245797 configured to enclose the outer surface of the tire, and a major portion of its side surface. The inner surface of the tread has a roughened sheath whose inner diameter is 1-2% smaller than the outside diameter of the tire.
Moreover, the difference between this configuration and all of the above, the removable tread should be mounted on a standard tire, not on a specially configured casing with slots, grooves etc. These karkassetyper of tires can not be used without treads, so its use is relatively limited.
A disadvantage of this configuration is that the removable tread technically duplicate configuration, structure and size of a pneumatic tire, so that its cost is comparable to the cost of the tire itself. RU 96064 discloses another configuration of a removable air-tire tread, wherein the removable tread is mounted on a pneumatic tire without the need for special treatment of the built tire tread, that is to say on a tire as it is, when there is a need to modify the dækegenskaberne in accordance with the change in driving conditions, including rapid change of the weather conditions, topography of long, variations, etc. This configuration is considered to be the closest prior art. In this configuration, the removable tread is provided in the form of an annular shell having an inside diameter which is substantially equal to the outside diameter of the tire. The annular shell has a tread pattern and a structure like the structure of a pneumatic tire. The annular shell is configured to be attached to the tread casing of a pneumatic tire by increasing the pressure in the tire to its nominal value. Attaching or detaching the annular be on and of the tire is carried out by lowering the pressure in the tire below the atomsfæriske value, while attaching the shell of the tread casing is carried out by increasing the pressure in the tire to its nominal value.
This configuration is the simplest and most convenient from the above-mentioned configurations. However, the only effective when all the tires of the vehicle is just worn out. If the tire diameter is smaller, the removable tread being loosely attached to the deck, and if the tire diameter is larger, the removable tread hardly be installed.
In addition, during passage of curves, hard braking or when driving on rough roads, the retention of the removable tread on deck only by means of pressure in the tire is not sufficiently safe and it can cause the removable tread slip of the tire.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF generation ACCORDING TO USE THE MODEL
A removable luftdækslidbane is provided in the form of an annular shell 1 (Fig. 1) to be fitted to a pneumatic tire 2. The annular shell 1 is made of elastomeric material and including a slidbanelag 3, a ply 4 and an inner layer 5, which constitutes a further layer 6 is made from elastomeric material, wherein the friction factor of the material of the further layer 6 is higher than the friction factor of the material of the inner layer 5 in the ring-shaped shell 1, and the hardness of the material of the further layer 6 is less than the hardness of the material of the inner layer 5. These properties of the material of the further layer 6 ensures secure attachment of the removable tread tire to the air.
It is suitable to use rubber with a friction factor of 0.5 to 1.0 units and the Shore A hardness of 20 to 45 units as the material of the further layer. The indicated range of friction factor values are available from experiments and corresponds to the friction factor for the pair rubber / asphalt. The minimum Shore A hardness of the material must not be less than 20 units, the material of lower hardness lose its strength properties, and can not hold the removable tread when the tire is subjected to lateral impact. In order to ensure deformationskapaciteten of the further layer 6, the Shore A hardness does not exceed 45 units. A combination of the isoprene-based rubbers may be used as elastomerbasen, in particular, natural rubber SIR-20 is combined with artificial isoprene rubber SKI-3, both of which have the highest friction factor and highest elasticity among rubbers for general use. Isoprene-based rubbers have excellent processing characteristics; they mix easily with other types of rubber for general use and other components can be easily treated and does not require the use of plasticizers.
The thickness of the further layer 6 should not be less than 2 mm, a smaller thickness thereof do not provide desirable results, while it should not be more than 12 mm, a greater thickness thereof unnecessarily increase the weight of the removable tread and the final diameter of the tire, whereby the installation of the tire in the vehicle wheel arch prevented.
The removable tread can be mounted either on a standard functional deck or on a partially worn tire to extend the life thereof.
Fig. 1 schematically shows the passage (depression) of the further layer 6 of the grooves 7 of the tread of the tire air 2, wherein the secure bond to the tread is ensured.
The additional, soft rubber layer 6 may be provided as a part integral with the removable tread during synchronous vulcanization thereof, or may be attached by glue 8 (Fig. 2) or may otherwise be attached mechanically (Fig. 3). In the latter case, the inner layer 5 of the removable tread is provided with projections 9, and the further layer 6 is provided with openings 10, which engage the projections 9th
According to yet another embodiment of the production according to the utility model may be the further layer 6 may be composed of several layers having the same characteristics but are different in thickness.
This embodiment is appropriate when the removable treads mounted on tires, which have varying degrees of wear that it provides optimal shrinkage force of each tire.
The removable tread mounted by lowering the pressure in the tire to below atmospheric value, easily put the annular be on the deck and increase the pressure in the tire to its nominal value.
The requirements set removable tread is compact and inexpensive. It can be produced using existing dækproduktionsudstyr and can be used repeatedly for several seasons.
