Claims (17)
1. Et kernemateriale til anvendelse i et laminat eller en sandwich-konstruktion kendetegnet ved at omfatte mindst et ydre af et i det mindste delvist per-meabelt materiale, hvilket ydre danner mindst et rum, hvori er placeret et fyldstof af frit bevægelige separate emner.
2. Et kernemateriale ifølge krav 1 omfattende flere kanalformede rum.
3. Et kernemateriale ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1-2 omfattende flere rum i et rudeformet mønster.
4. Et kernemateriale ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1-3 omfattende flere rum i et mønster tilpasset laminatets form.
5. Et kernemateriale ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1-4 omfattende rum, som i det mindste delvist ligger over hinanden.
6. Et kernemateriale ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1-5, hvor det mindst ene ydre er dannet af mindst et sammenføjet lag.
7. Et kernemateriale ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1-6, hvor det mindst ene lag er i det mindste delvist sammenføjet ved syning, limning eller svejsning.
8. Et kernemateriale ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 -7, hvor det i det mindste delvist permeable materiale er fremstillet som væv, filt og/eller fleece.
9. Et kernemateriale ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1-8, hvor fyldstoffet omfatter hule glasemner.
10. Et kernemateriale ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1-9, hvor fyldstoffet omfatter opskummet plast.
11. Et laminat eller en sandwich-konstruktion af flere lag materiale kendetegnet ved at omfatte et kernemateriale ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1-10.
12. En vinge til et vindenergianlæg kendetegnet ved at omfatte et kernemateriale ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1-11.
13. En metode til fremstilling af et kernemateriale til anvendelse i et laminat eller en sandwich-konstruktion kendetegnet ved at omfatte trinene at danne mindst et rum af et i det mindste delvist permeabelt materiale og fylde fyldstof i rummet.
14. En metode til fremstilling af et kernemateriale ifølge krav 13 kendetegnet ved dannelsen af første rum ved sammenføjninger af to i det mindste delvist permeable lag, hvorefter yderligere et eller flere rum dannes i det mindste delvist liggende over de første rum ved forskudt sammenføjning af et yderligere lag til det ene af de første to lag.
15. En metode til fremstilling af et laminat eller en sandwich-konstruktion omfattende ilægning af flere !ag materiale i en form, resintilførsel og efterfølgende hærdning kendetegnet ved yderligere at omfatte at udlægge et kernemateriale ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1-10 i et område af formen, inden resi-nen tilføres.
16. En metode til fremstilling af et laminat eller en sandwich-konstruktion ifølge krav 15, hvor fyldstoffet i kernematerialet fikseres ved tilførsel af resin.
17. Anvendelse af et kernemateriale ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1-10 til fremstilling af laminater eller sandwich-konstruktioner.
