Description
PATENTKRAV 1. Slurry manure installations (1) of the slatted floor type, wherein the slatted floor (3) is located over a slurry channel or similar pit for collecting the slurry and the slurry is periodically discharged to a pre-tank (7) according to the "pull and release" principle. , the discharge of the slurry collected during the period by removal of a recording bottom plug in the pit or by opening a throttle valve (damper venti I) inserted in the slurry channel, after which the slurry flows through a pipe system with drop to the tank (7), characterized by - that a funnel-shaped catch (5) is provided beneath the slit floor (3), which is provided at the bottom with a lockable damper valve (12) or similar closure device, - that the funnel-shaped catch (5) opens into a relatively small, a closed collection tank (6) arranged under the catch and - a vacuum system (8) is provided adjacent to the reservoir (7) which serves to periodically empty the collection tank (6) by vacuum effect, ie by extraction or otherwise. pumping the contents of the tank through a closed pipe system (9) between the tank (6) and the reservoir (7). Slurry system according to claim 1, characterized in that said damper valve (12) is provided with a water lock (15). Slurry system according to claim 1, characterized in that the funnel-shaped catch (5) is made of composite material and that the inside is made as smooth as possible. Slurry system according to claim 3, characterized in that the inside of the prison (5) is coated, laminated or otherwise suitably treated with a friction-reducing surface layer, for example of Teflon, PE-HD or a similar material with high chemical resistance and low surface friction. Slurry system according to claim 1, characterized in that the funnel-shaped catch (5) is provided with a number of internal nozzles (20) for water rinsing / flushing of the funnel inside. Slurry system according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the damper valve (12) is hydraulically or pneumatically actuated. Slurry system according to claim 6, characterized in that the damper valve (12) is controlled in a periodic opening sequence, for example with a short opening once every half hour, or controlled by water and feed consumption in the respective path. Slurry system according to claim 1, characterized in that both the hopper-shaped catch (5) and the collection tank (6) are molded of composite material, for example glass-fiber reinforced polyester, and that the two elements are preferably cast into one as a single integrated unit. Slurry system according to claim 1, characterized in that the funnel-shaped catch (5) is formed with an internal recess (18) along the upwardly-facing edge, which serves to embed the concrete slots (3a) in the respective path (2). Slurry system according to claim 1, characterized in that a vacuum system (8) is provided in connection with the reservoir (7), which serves to periodically empty all the collection tanks (6) connected to the slurry system in question, either by a single vacuum emptying a single tank at a time, or by emptying several tanks at a time.
