Abstract

The mounting element has a first fixing element for securing the installation socket to the mounting element and a second fixing element for securing the mounting element to a cable conduit. The first part (6) of the mounting element, provided with the first fixing element can pivot in 2 different directions (26,28) relative to a second part (8) of the mounting element, incorporating the second fixing element. The force required for pivot movement of the first part in one direction is different to that required to pivot it in the opposite direction.
