Abstract

The invention relates to a middle-ear hearing aid (10) with a microphone in a casing, an amplifier with power supply and an output transformer and with a vibration device (12) excitable to oscillation by the transformer which can be implanted between the eardrum (3) and the hammer grip (7), whereby the output transformer generates electromagnetic oscillations which excite a pre-polarised permanent magnet (12) acting as a vibration device to oscillation which is transmitted to the hammer grip (7) and the eardrum (3).
