Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Nutenverschluß für elektrische Maschinen, insbesondere mit hoher Wärmebeständigkeit. Um die Einbringung in die Nut und die Herstellung des Verschlusses zu erleichtern, ist es bekannt, unter anderem auch Bänder oder Schnüre aus anorganischem Material wie Asbest, Glas, Quarzwolle zu verwenden, mit denen nach dem Einträufeln der Wicklung die Nut ausgefüllt wird. Um einen festen Sitz der Wicklung zu erhalten, wird diese Füllung mit Isoliermasse, Lack, härtbarern Kunstharz od. dgl. getränkt. Die Vulkanisation von Silikonkautschuk verläuft ohne Schwefelzusatz. Mit der Vulkanisation von Kautschuk hat sie nur das eine gemein sam, daß es sich auch hier um eine Vernetzung handelt. Die erforderliche Vernetzung, die durch organische Peroxyde erfolgen kann, kann stufenweise durch Temperatursteuerung erreicht werden.
