Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einVerzögerungssatzstück
nach Patent 947 142 für elektrische Zünder,' bai dem der Verzögerungssatz in der durchgehenden
Bohrung einer Hülse untergebracht ist. Für dieses zwischen der Zündpille und der Brenn-,
ladung einzusetzende Verzögerungssatzstück wird e'ine. dickwandige Metallhülse verwendet, deren
Stirnflächen gegen die Bohrung hin z. B. durch konische Abschrägung verjüngt sind.
Bisher wurden die Hülsen durch Abdrehen aus Messingrohren und nachträgliches Kalibrieren hergestellt.
Dieses Verfahren hat sich aber für die Massenfertigung als zu umständlich und teuer erwiesen,
und zwar um so mehr, als die Außenform der Hülsen ein Fassondrehen erforderlich machte.
Dieser infolge der bisherigen Herstellungsweise aufgetretene Nachteil wird bei dem den Gegenstand
der Erfindung bildenden Verzögerungssatzstück vermieden, welches eine aus einem Spritzao

Durch Herstellung der Hülse als Spritzgußteil vereinfacht sich das Fertigungsverfahren bis auf einen einzigen Arbeitsgang, wobei die erzielbare hohe Genauigkeit ein nachträgliches Kalibrieren überflüssig macht.
