Description
Bei der photographischen Aufnahme eines von einem Elektronenmikroskop entworfenen elektronenoptischen Bildes darf, da mit verhältnismäßig langer Belichtungszeit gearbeitet werden muß, die Belichtung des Aufnahmematerials nur dann erfolgen, wenn das Bild einwandfrei feststeht. Es muß daher vor der Aufnahme auf dem Leuchtschirm beobachtet werden, ob kein Bildwandern auftritt. Die Beurteilung des Bildwanderns ist jedoch mitunter schwierig, da die Bildschärfe beim Wandern des Bildes auf dem Leuchtschirm erhalten bleibt.When taking a photograph of one of an electron microscope designed electron-optical image, because with a relatively long exposure time must be worked, the exposure of the recording material will only take place if the picture is perfectly established. Bei einem derartig ausgebildeten Leuchtschirm macht sich das Bildwandern durch Unschärfe in der mit Nachleuchtfarbe belegten Zone bemerkbar. Es ist vorteilhaft, diese Zone an den Rand des Leuchtschirms zu legen, um bei Betrachtung von Bildern, von denen keine photographische Aufnahmen gemacht werden ' sollen, den Bildeindruck nicht zu stören. Dadurch, daß das elektronenoptische Bild beide Leuchtfarbengebiete bedeckt, tritt der Unterschied in der Bildschärfe der beiden Zonen bei einem Wandern des Bildes deutlich in Erscheinung. Außerdem wird beim Bildwandern eine Kontrast v erschlechterung in der mit Nachleuchtfarbe beleg ten Zone des Bildschirmes hervorgerufen, die gleichfalls zur guten Erkennbarkeit des Bildwanderns beiträgt.The invention relates to a device with the help of which a faultless Detection of image wandering is made possible in a simple manner.
