Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum beidseitigen Beschichten eines Metallprofilstranges für Fassaden, Fenster, Türen oder dergleichen mit selbstklebenden Folienbändern. - Metallprofilstränge meint im Rahmen der Erfindung auch Profilzusammen-Stellungen insbesondere aus zwei äußeren Metallprofilen mit dazwischen liegendem Isolierprofil, die erst nach dem Beschichten mit den Folienbändern miteinander zu vereinigen sind.The invention relates to a device for coating a metal profile strip for facades, windows, doors or the like on both sides with self-adhesive foil tapes. - Metal profile strips in the context of the invention also mean profile combinations in particular made up of two outer metal profiles with an insulating profile in between, which are only to be joined together after coating with the foil tapes.

Die in den Figuren dargestellte Vorrichtung dient zum beidseitigen Beschichten eines Metallprofilstranges M mit selbstklebenden Folienbändern F. Die Metallprofilstränge M werden anschließend weiterverarbeitet, und zwar zu Fassaden, Fenster, Türen oder dergleichen. In ihrem grundsätzlichen Aufbau ist die Vorrichtung gekennzeichnet durch zwei Folienbandanpreßrollen 1, die auf einer Profilstrangführung 2 in Form einer horizontalen Montageplatte um parallele vertikale Achsen 3 drehbar gelagert sind. Die Profilstrangführung 2 ist mit anderen Worten dadurch gegeben, daß der Metallprofilstrang M auf der Montageplatte aufruht. Über die Folienbandanpreßrollen 1 werden die Folienbänder F von Bandrollen B kommend geleitet und im Zuge einer Durchleitung des Metallprofilstranges M zwischen den Folienbandanpreßrollen 1 auf die beiden äußeren Vertikalflächen V des Metallprofilstranges M aufgedrückt.The device shown in the figures is used for coating a metal profile strand M on both sides with self-adhesive foil strips F.
