Description
Die Neuerung betrifft eine bituminöse Kaltklebemasse, die beispielsweise zur vollflächigen Verklebung von Dämm- und Dichtungslagen bei der Herstellung oder der Reparatur einer Flachdachabdichtung verwendet werden kann.The innovation concerns a bituminous cold adhesive compound that can be used, for example, for the full-surface bonding of insulation and sealing layers when producing or repairing a flat roof seal.
Kaltklebemassen für diese Anwendung sind bekannt. Sie bestehen in ihrer einfachsten Zusammensetzung aus einer Bitumenlösung (Kaltbitumen) mit einem Losungsmittelanteil von 20 bis 30 Gew.-%. Als Lösungsmittel sind beispielsweise Testbenzin, Xylol, Butylacetat und deren Gemische üblich. Kaltbitumen findet außerdem im Straßenbau als Bindemittel Verwendung. Je nach Jahreszeit wird die Viskosität (Straßenteerviskosimeter mit 4-mm-Düse) bei 25 0C auf 120 bis 200 s eingestellt.Cold adhesives for this application are well known. Aus diesem Grunde ist der Lösungsmittelanteil in engen Grenzen festgelegt. Bei Abweichungen hiervon müssen entweder längere Trocknungszeiten oder aber ein erhöhter Verarbeitsaufwand in Kauf genommen werden.All solvents commonly used for cold bitumen are suitable as solvents.
