Description

Desinfektions- und Konservierungsmittel Aus der deutschen Patentschrift 68o 599 ist es bekannt, daß Amine oder Ammoniumverbindungen, die mindestens einen aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffrest von mindestens 9 Kohlenstoffatomen am Stickstoff gebunden enthalten, Staphylokokken, Gonokokken, Coli- und Typhusbakterien abtöten. Die genannten Verbindungen, die vorzugsweise in Form ihrer Salze, z. B. ihrer Lactate, Salicylate u. dgl., zur Anwendung kommen, werden deshalb zur Desinfektion von EB-, Trink- und Vorratsgefäßen, Wäsche, Fußböden, Wänden, ärztlichen Instrumenten unter anderem und zur Konservierung von Nahrungsmitteln, wie Obst und Gemüse, ferner von Fleisch, Häuten, Drüsen _ u. ä., verwendet. Es wurde nun gefunden, daß Salze aus Aminosulfosäure und Aminen, die mindestens einen, gegebenenfalls substituierten und/oder durch andere Atome unterbrochenen aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffrest von wenigstens 9 Kohlenstoffatomen am Stickstoff gebunden enthalten, hervorragende Desinfektions- und Konservierungsmittel sind.Disinfectants and preservatives From the German patent specification 68o 599 it is known that amines or ammonium compounds which contain at least one aliphatic hydrocarbon radical of at least 9 carbon atoms on nitrogen Contains bound, kill staphylococci, gonococci, coli and typhus bacteria. Dies , ist insofern überraschend, als weder die Aminosulfosäure (vgl. deutsche Patentschrift 856 2oo), noch andere Salze der Amine - diese Wirkung hervorrufen. -Daher können diese- Verbindungen mit Vorteil zu-Desinfektionszwecken, insbesondere auch für ärztliche Instrumente und zahnärztliche Geräte verwendet werden.
