BeschreibungDescription
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein selbsttätig Schmierstoff oder andere Medien abgebendes, bzw zum Dosierendes geeignetes elektromechanisch angetriebenes Gerät, das aus einem zylindrischen Hohlkörper (1) und einem Verschlußdeckel (2) besteht der das Innere des Gehäuses durch eine Dichtung(3) abschließt.The invention relates to an electromechanically driven device that automatically dispenses lubricant or other media or is suitable for dosing, which consists of a cylindrical hollow body (1) and a closure cover (2) that closes off the interior of the housing with a seal (3).

Durch die DE-OS 2157 670 ist bereits eine selbsttätig Schmierstoff abgebende Schmierbüchse bekannt geworden, ähnliche Schmierbüchsen sind auch in den DE-OS 21 39 771 und DE-OS 21 66 987 sowie DE-OS 25 20 241 und DE-OS 25 20 241 C3 sowie US-PS 32 14 067 bekannt geworden. Die LösungThe solution
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, die bisher bekannten chemischen bzw. elektrochemischen gaserzeugenden Antriebe der eingangs genannten Schmierbüchsen durch den Einsatz eines ungiftigen umweltfreundlichen und genauen Antriebes zu ersetzen. Diese Aufgabe wird nach der vorliegenden Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß das Gerät einen elektromechanischen Antrieb aufweist. Das Gehäuse des beschriebenen Gerätes besteht aus zwei (KunststoffSpritzguß) Teilen, einem zylindrischen Hohlkörper und einem abdichtenden Deckel. Die Aufteilung dieses Hohlkörpers in zwei Sektionen, dem Antriebsteil sowie dem medien- oder fett- berührten Raum, getrennt durch einen einen verschiebbaren Druckkolben. Dieser Druckkolben verhindert gleichzeitig ein Eindringen des Mediums in den Antriebsraum. Um das Schmiermittel an die Schmierstelle gelangen zu lassen, ist am Ende des Hohlkörpers eine Austrittsöffnung, die als Zapfen ausgebildet ist. Das Außen- gewinde kann gleichzeitig zum Befestigen an der Schmierstelle benutzt werden. Ein an diesem Zapfen integriertes Rückschlagventil verhindert den frühzeitigen Austritt von flüssigen Medien, da dieses Rückschlagventil einen leichten Gegendruck aufbaut, der durch den Druckkolben im Gerät überwunden werden muß. Durch elektronische Regelung werden die Spendezeiten sehr genau ein gestellt. Dieser elektromechanische Antrieb ist weitestgehend unabhängig von Kälte und Wärme und den damit einhergehenden Viskositätsschwankungen des auszupressenden Mediums. Temperatur bedingte Schwankungen wie bei chemischen Reaktionen treten nicht auf. The dispensing times are set very precisely using electronic control. This electromechanical drive is largely independent of cold and heat and the associated viscosity fluctuations of the medium being pressed out. Temperature-related fluctuations such as those that occur in chemical reactions do not occur. The device works with the same precision in winter as in summer.
Um ausreichend Funktionssicherheit gewährleisten zu können, sind verschiedene Kontrollmechanismen vorgesehen. Das Gerät kann auch Maschinenabhängig oder in Intervallen gesteuert werden. Aus ökologischen Gründen wurden Materialien gewählt, die wiederverwertbar bzw. wiederverwendbar sind.
