Description

Kartusche mit Verschlußteil
Die nachstehend beschriebene Kartusche mit Verschlußteil dient zum gleichzeitigen Auspressen von 2 Kartuschen mit unterschiedlichen Materialien (2-Komponenten-Kartuschen).
Beschreibung
Am vorderen Ende einer Kartusche (6) befindet sich ein konisches oder zylindrisches Auslaufrohr (4), das am äußersten Kartuschenrand angeordnet ist und beide Kartuschen (6) mit den Komponenten A und B in der Weise positioniert sind, daß die Auslaufrohre (7) einen geringstmöglichen Abstand bilden.
An der hinteren Seite des Verschlußteiles (8) befinden sich in gleichem axialem Abstand zwei konische oder zylindrische Bohrungen (A), von denen je ein Kanal (3) zur Vorderseite des Verschlußteils (8) führt. Der Außenmantel des Verschlußteiles (8) ist mit einem Gewinde versehen, welches zur Aufnahme der Überwurfmutter (2) dient, die die Mischdüse (1) mit dem Verschlußteil (8) befestigt.
Funktion
Die beiden Kartuschen (6) mit den Komponenten A und B werden in der Weise in ein Verarbeitungsgerät (hand- oder druckluftbetrieben) gelegt, daß die beiden Auslaufrohre (7) den geringstmöglichen Abstand bilden. Das Verschlußteil (8) mit der Mischdüse (1) und dem Überwurfring (2) wird auf die beiden Auslaufrohre (7) aufgesteckt. Eine Haltevorrichtung des Verarbeitungsgerätes drückt am Bund (5) das Verschlußteil (8) auf die beiden Auslaufrohre (7). Durch Erzeugung eines Druckes auf die in den Kartuschen (6) befindlichen Kolben fließen die beiden Komponenten (A + B) durch die Auslaufrohre (7) in die Bohrungen (3) und vermischen sich in der Düse (1).
Das Auslaufrohr (7) kann fester Bestandteil der Kartusche (6) sein. Es ist aber auch möglich, daß ein Deckel mit einem sich am äußersten Rand befindlichen Auslaufrohres (7) die Kartusche (6) an der vorderen Öffnung verschließt.

Claims (3)

Schutzansprüche
1.) Kartusche mit Verschlußteil dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich am äußersten Rand des vorderen Kartuschenverschlusses ein Auslaufrohr (7) befindet.
2.) Kartusche mit Verschlußteil nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Kartuschen (6) mit den Komponenten (A + B) in der Weise angeordnet sind, daß die beiden Auslaufrohre (7) einen geringstmöglichen Abstand bilden und daß sich auf den beiden Auslaufrohren (7) ein aufsteckbares Verschlußteil (8) befindet, dessen beide Bohrungen (3) zur Mischdüse (1) führen.
3.) Kartusche mit Verschlußteil nach Anspruch 1 und 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auslaufrohr (7) Bestandteil eines von der Kartusche (6) getrennten Deckels ist.
