Description
A 9104 . - a/n - 1A 9104 . - a/n - 1
The invention relates to a sandwich panel for thermal insulation of building objects according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
Two methods are currently used in practice for thermal insulation of buildings or their subsequent thermal insulation, namely the dry method and the wet method. In the wet method, polystyrene panels are used for thermal insulation, which are attached to the walls of the building to be insulated by gluing or mechanically and then covered with plaster. For practical thermal insulation and in particular subsequent thermal insulation of buildings, the dry method is more advantageous because it does not require subsequent plastering. However, it cannot be used without further ado due to a lack of suitable materials. In addition, the attachment of individual panels is complicated and costly because their surface is usually covered with sheet metal.
Based on the above-mentioned state of the art, the invention is based on the object of remedying this situation.

The stated object is achieved according to the invention by the features of claim 1.
The base insulation layer has a heat-insulating function in particular, and its wall thickness can be easily adapted to the specific conditions. The base layer with a higher specific weight and reinforcement fulfils the function of a carrier, it also has a waterproofing function and fulfils the task of fire protection.
Für die Beschleunigung der Verwendung von Paneelen ist ferner vorteilhaft, wenn die Grundisolierschicht und dieThe surface of the base layer can be processed directly during the manufacture of the sandwich panel and covered with a thin layer of plaster or another suitable layer, e.g. wallpaper, paint, cladding, which is particularly important if the panel is used as subsequent thermal insulation. It is important that the processing of the surface of the base layer does not negatively change the diffuse properties of the panel and its individual layers. Conventional glass fibers with different structures and weights can be used as reinforcement. In order to be able to install the panels quickly and easily, it is advantageous if the base layer is provided with anchors that are used to anchor the base layer to the object to be insulated. Flat supports and various types of dowels can be used as anchors. However, mechanical connections between the panels and the building objects can also be carried out without these anchors. To speed up the use of panels, it is also advantageous if the base insulation layer and the

The supporting layer is offset or shifted against each other, in terms of its length and/or width. For the same reasons, it is advantageous if they have bevelled edges at the same angle on at least two sides running parallel to each other. Simple barriers formed in this way enable quick and easy connections between individual panels. However, simple barriers can also be achieved by subsequent mechanical treatment of finished sandwich panels. The dry method is used for thermal insulation of building objects. The sandwich panels are glued to the walls to be insulated with (adhesive) mortar. They can then be mechanically fixed with anchor elements if necessary. After assembly, the existing slots are filled with polyurethane filler and the surface is uniformed in color by painting if necessary. The sandwich panel according to the invention is manufactured as a prefabricated component by foaming polyurethane.
Daher stellt dieThe thermal parameters of the polyurethane foam from which the sandwich panel is made are maintained. This panel is self-supporting, water-repellent, resistant to fire and mechanical damage and has a long service life. The panel as a unit, i.e. its individual parts, have the property of letting water vapor through, and due to this advantageous diffusion property it is not necessary to ventilate the shell to be thermally insulated. A freon-free polyurethane system is used in the production of the sandwich panels. Therefore, the

Thermal insulation with the proposed sandwich panels does not pose any problems from an ecological point of view.

Individual parts of the sandwich panel 1 were attached to the cladding of the building using adhesive mortar, using the offset of the base insulation layer relative to the base layer as a simple barrier. The sandwich panels 1 were mechanically attached to the cladding using supports 122 and after assembly the gaps were filled with polyurethane filler. The surface was painted and color-uniformed. The same sandwich panel 1 can also be used to decorate the interior of another building.
The sandwich panel 1 can also be used in such a way that the carrier layer 12 is covered with textile wallpaper. The textile wallpaper is glued using cellulose adhesive. The manufacture and use of the sandwich panel does not change in this case. A third application example consists in the sandwich panel 1 being manufactured in the same way as in the previous examples, with the reinforcement consisting of a wooden cladding that is attached to the surface of the carrier layer 12 in the technological foaming process. The sandwich panel 1 can be manufactured in the same way and used with the same technology for thermal insulation of interiors in building objects. The sandwich panel is intended for the thermal insulation of building objects and is also suitable for subsequent thermal insulation.
