Description
Plate and pocket dust filters with filter fabrics are known of any kind, e.g. B. textile fabric, metal fabric, rubberized cell fiber or the like., are covered in such a way that the air is two identical or different types of tissue has to step through one after the other. Usually the former is the type of deposition coarser, the second finer.
Up to now, such filter frames usually had to be removed from the apparatus pulled out and laboriously cleaned. In any case, it has not become known that, apart from the first, coarser filter wall, the second without any particular one Circumstances could be freed from their shaken dust.
This problem is eliminated by the one described below and in the Drawing shown in an exemplary embodiment of the invention.
In Fig. I ist mit c die erste Filterwandung. mit b die zweite Filterwandung im Rahmen a bezeichnet. In Fig. I, c is the first filter wall. with b the second filter wall referred to in frame a.
When filter wall c is shaken or hit the frame at point g (Fig. 2) the dust is detached, whereupon it, as Fig. I shows on the left, can fall off without hindrance.
At the same time, however, the dust also dissolves under this influence the second filter surface b, which would be practically closed off, if not for drainage Concern would be hit. This is done by placing one at the bottom of the filter frame elastic fabric d is attached in such a way that the flaps c, f with the help of their Internal stress in the space between the two filter walls during suction close the filter and do not allow any false air or coarse dust to enter. At the As shown on the left in FIG the second filter wall b in space k on the aforementioned elastic flap e, the opens so far as a result of the weight of the dust that the latter trickles out can. As a rule, there is at most a dust accumulation of 1 to 2 cm in height, whose weight is sufficient to be sufficient again when the filter frame is hit Let dust trickle through. Since during the knocking process, basically the If there is no draft in the filter, there is still a risk of being knocked off the fine dust could not escape due to the draft, eliminated. Will the draft then released again, the elastic flaps e, f are sucked up again, all the more so because their suspension comes to their aid.
