Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Puppenkopfes mittels eines über die Form gezogenen nassen Stoffes Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Puppenkopfes mittels eines über die Form gezogenen nassen Stoffes und stellt eine weitere Ausbildung des im Patent 903 317 geschützten Verfahrens dar. Die Erfindung besteht im wesentlichen darin, daß der von der Form gelöste Stoff mit Ausnahme der im Gesicht vertieft liegenden Stellen unverleimt und unversteift bleibt. Dadurch ergibt sich ein Puppenkopf, der die Bewegbarkeit der einzelnen Gesichtszüge ermöglicht. Dabei werden die im Gesicht vertieft liegenden Stellen auf der Innenseite des Kopfes in vorteilhafter Weise durch Nähen oder Kleben verfestigt, damit diese Stellen wegen der an ihnen eng anliegenden Fasern ihre Form beibehalten. Der von der Form gelöste Stoff wird mit flüssigkeitsarrnen Mitteln gefärbt, damit keine Versteifung des Stoffes erfolgt. Die Bewegung der Gesichtszüge erfolgt durch Stäbchen, wodurch es ermöglicht ist, die Handhabung so vorzunehmen, daß sie für den Beschauer unsichtbar ist. Derartige Köpfe eignen sich besonders gut für Puppentheater und Marionetten.Method for producing a doll's head by means of a wet material drawn over the mold. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Puppenkopfes mittels eines über die Form gezogenen nassen Stoffes nach Patent 903 3 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der von der Form gelöste Stoff mit Ausnahme der im Gesicht vertieft liegenden Stellen unverleimt und unversteift bleibt.
