Werden nun die Branchen A und B geschlossen, dann ist der hintere Wundrand in der Klemme unverrückbar festgeklemmt (Fig. III). Nun wird die bewegliche stirnwärtige Haut b mit der Pinzette gefaßt und hinterhauptwärts über die geschlossenen Branchen A und B so gezogen, daß nach Schließen der Branchen A und B mit C die Stirnhaut wunschgemäß gestrafft ist (Fig. IV).
