Claims (5)

009H12 MÖLNLYCKE AB, Göteborg, Schweden SAUGFÄHIGES PRODUKT 39 239 P/we 850 068.4 Patentansprüche
1. Absorbierendes Produkt, wie eine Monatsbinde, umfassend einen absorbierenden Körper (3) und eine dem Körper umgebende Umhüllung, welche Umhüllung eine beim Gebrauch näher am Benutzer befindliche fluiddurchlässige Schicht (2) und eine an der entgegengesetzten Seite, der Rückseite des absorbierenden Körpers befindliche fluidundurchlässige Schicht (1) umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß zumindest die fluidundurchlässige Außenschicht (1) ein wenig außerhalb der beiden Längsseitenränder des absorbierenden Körpers (3) mit Abschnitten (4, 5) verläuft, in die zwei lange elastische Mittel (6, 7) im wesentlichen in Längsrichtung des Produktes angeordnet sind, wobei jedes dieser Mittel zumindest im Mittelabschnitt des Produktes in einem solchen Abstand vom Seitenrand des absorbierenden Körpers angeordnet sind, daß zumindest der Mittelabschnitt des in Frage kommenden Abschnittes (4, 5) zusammengezogen und in Richtung auf die fluiddurchlässige Schicht (2) an der Vorderseite des Produktes hochgezogen ist und in seiner hochgezogenen Position als Barriere gegen eine seitliche Fluidleckage dient.

2. Absorbierendes Produkt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die beiden Umhüllungsschichten (1, 2) außerhalb der Seitenränder des absorbierenden Körpers (3) verlaufen und dort miteinander verbunden sind.
3. Absorbierendes Produkt nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die elastischen Mittel (6, 7) aus elastischen Schnüren oder dergleichen bestehen, welche unter Spannung befestigt sind.
4. Absorbierendes Produkt nach-Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die elastischen Mittel (6, 7) aus einem heißschmelzenden Stoff besteht, welcher nur nach Erwärmen permanent elastisch wird.
5. Absorbierendes Produkt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Mittel in Richtung auf ein Ende der Binde konvergieren und über den absorbierenden Körper zwischen der Mitte der Binde und dem genannten einen Ende auf der Seite des absorbierenden Körpers, die mit der fluiddurchlässigen Schicht in Berührung stehen, einlaufen, wodurch die elastischen Mittel zumindest im Mittelabschnitt der Binde in die äußeren Schichtabschnitte in Richtung auf die fluiddurchlässige Schicht an der Vorderseite der Binde ziehen.
