G 1797-22-ku 27.09.1991 Applicant: GRASS AG, A-6973 Höchst/Vlbg., Austria Drawer with drawer sides The invention is based on a drawer with drawer sides and an associated drawer base, whereby the drawer base is accommodated in a profile groove running in the longitudinal direction of the drawer side. The profile groove is formed by an upper horizontal projection arranged on the side surface of the drawer side, as well as by a support leg of the drawer side running parallel to the upper projection and also horizontally formed. Such drawer sides are generally made of a metal material, e.g. light metal or sheet metal, and serve to form the drawer side of a drawer frame, whereby this drawer side simultaneously also accommodates the guide arrangement for guiding the drawer on the side wall of a body. In the previously known connections, the drawer base is held in the profile groove by a groove on the underside of the drawer base that runs in the longitudinal direction of the drawer side, into which a vertical rib arranged on the top of the lower, horizontal support leg engages. However, this type of connection has the disadvantage that, due to the manufacturing process, there is always a play in the area of the profile groove between the drawer base and the contact surfaces of the drawer base in the profile groove. This is undesirable with such drawers, because if possible the upper, horizontal extension of the drawer side should lie as flush as possible on the top of the drawer base in order to on the one hand to ensure that the drawer looks good and, on the other hand, to prevent dirt from penetrating into this support area between the drawer base and this attachment. The aim of this innovation is therefore to ensure that the fastening between a drawer base and the profile groove in the drawer side is free of play. To solve the problem posed, the innovation is characterized by the technical teaching of claim 1. The key feature of the innovation is that a bead, a tab or claws are now pushed out upwards in the area of the lower, horizontal support leg in the manner of a material displacement, so that the drawer base practically rests on these material displacements and is pressed by these material displacements onto the underside of the horizontally running attachment. This results in a play-free attachment of the attachment to the top of the drawer base, which creates a nice appearance and also creates a tight connection so that dirt cannot penetrate into this area at all costs. The type of formation of the material thickenings can be carried out in various ways. All embodiments are covered by the present innovation concept. Protection is claimed separately for each embodiment. One advantage of the innovation is that the previously mentioned vertically directed rib in the area of the horizontal support leg can be omitted, which otherwise engages in the associated groove on the underside of the drawer base. This rib can now be eliminated and the drawer side can be manufactured more cost-effectively. Instead of arranging such a rib, corresponding material thickenings are now provided in the area of the horizontal support leg, which clamp the drawer base in the area of the profile groove. In a first embodiment, it is possible to design the material displacements in such a way that they do not dig into the material of the drawer bottom, but that the drawer bottom is pressed against the underside of the horizontally running attachment due to these material thickenings. In another embodiment, it is provided that these material thickenings are designed as claws or tabs that dig into the material of the drawer base and thereby claw into it, thereby pressing the drawer base onto the underside of the horizontally running attachment on the one hand and additionally securing the drawer base in position on the other hand. In this case, it is provided that there is either a groove on the underside of the drawer base into which these claws dig in order to provide even better positional security for the drawer base or, in another embodiment, this groove is omitted and the previously mentioned claws or tabs dig directly into the material of the drawer base. The previously mentioned material thickenings can be created by adding beads, knobs and bends from the material of the horizontal support leg. In the case of the presence of claws or flaps, it is additionally provided that in the area of the horizontal support leg There are cut-outs in the area of which the claws or tabs are formed, after which in a further step after inserting the drawer base into the profile rail, the claws, tabs or webs are pressed upwards with an appropriate tool and dig into the material of the drawer base, thereby pressing the drawer base onto the underside of the horizontally running attachment. The subject matter of the present innovation arises not only from the subject matter of the individual protection claims, but also from the combination of the individual protection claims with one another. All information and features disclosed in the documents - including the summary, in particular the spatial configuration shown in the drawings, are claimed as essential to the invention, insofar as they are new compared to the prior art, individually or in combination. The invention is explained in more detail below using drawings showing several possible embodiments. The drawer base 6 should now be held in this profile groove 3 with as little play as possible. This had the disadvantage that the surface of the drawer base 6 formed a gap to the projection 4 and this created an unsightly gap. According to the innovation, material thickenings are now provided in the area of the support leg 5, which are in the direction of arrow 14 (see figure 4) are pressed upwards so that the drawer base 6 is pressed upwards and lies flush against the underside of the attachment. The surface 15 thus forms a flush transition to the rounded upper part of the attachment 4. In the embodiment according to Figure 1, a groove 7 is arranged on the underside of the drawer base 6, into which claws 9, 10 engage in the deformed state. For better clarity, in Figure 1 a part of the drawer bottom 6 has been removed so that a free punching 8 can be seen in the Support leg 5 can be seen, in the area of which the claws 9,10 extending in the longitudinal direction can be seen. This may result in a clearance 12 between the support leg 5 and the underside of the drawer base 6, but this is not important. The only important thing is that any previously existing clearance at the top on the underside of the attachment 4 and the surface 15 of the drawer base is eliminated. Figure 3 also shows that the conical design of the claws 9, 10 ensures that the drawer bottom is held securely and that the claws are centered in their groove 7. This also ensures that the claws 9, 10 can easily dig into the material of the drawer bottom. In another embodiment, not shown in detail, the groove 7 can also be omitted and the claws 9,10 then dig directly into the underside of the drawer base 6. In the embodiment according to Figure 4, instead of the claws, there is a web 13 that is defined by two slots that are spaced apart from each other in the area of the cutout 8. This web 13 is also pressed upwards in the direction of arrow 14 and then engages in the groove 7, whereby the drawer base 6 is also pressed upwards in the direction of arrow 14. Instead of attaching corresponding free punchings 8 in the area of the support leg 5, corresponding beads can also be formed directly from the material of the support leg, which then rest on the underside of the drawer base 6.
