Die Neuerung betrifft einen Tastenknopf für Kommunikations-Endgeräte und dessen Führung in der Aufnahmekammer der Gerätekappe.The innovation concerns a button for communication devices and its guide in the receiving chamber of the device cap.
Die Entwicklung von Tastaturen von Kommunikations-Endgeräten führte von Kontaktfedertasten über Leiterplatten mit aufgesetzten Kontaktmatten zur Verwendung von Schaltfolien anstelle doppelseitig kaschierter Leiterplatten. Dabei besteht eine Tastatur prinzipiell aus den erforderlichen Tastenknöpfen einer Schaltmatte, einer Kontaktfolie und einer Druckplatte. In dieser Reihenfolge wird auch die Montage der Tastatur in der Endgerätekappe vorgenommen, wobei die Montage durch Automaten gesteuert und nur in Ausnahmefällen manuell vorgenommen wird. Die Wände 11 sind mit entsprechenden Führungsstegen 12 versehen, an denen die Tastenknöpfe 20 gleiten. Durch diese Maßnahme sind die Tastenknöpfe 20 gegen ein Verdrehen gesichert. Diese Maßnahme ist außerdem erforderlich bei einer möglichen manuellen Montage. Außerdem dienen die Führungsnuten 21 auch dem Leiten der Tastenknöpfe in der Tastentrennvorrichtung des Bestückungsautomaten beim Zusammenbau des Kommunikations-Endgerätes.
