Die Erfindung be7iebt. sich auf ein Formstück nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a molded part according to the preamble of claim 1.
Die in Flugzeugen verlegten elektrischen Leitungen dienen zum Teil der übertragung digitaler Signale, wobei diese Signale auch die Funktionen lebenswichtiger Systeme, beispielsweise der Flugsteuerung kontrollieren. Die Einstreuung elektromagnetischer Störungen, etwa durch starke Rundfunksender oder durch Blitzschlag, in derartige Leitungen kann somit Fehlfunktionen der , betreffenden Systeme mit katastrophalen Folgen auslösen. Die Abschirmung der genannten Leitungen ist daher von besonderer Bedeutung. Hierzu werden flexible metallische Schutzschi Suche in Form von Metallgeflechten bzw. metallischen Wellschläuchen verwendet, wobei letztere in sehr vorteilhafter Weise optimale Lösungen hinsichtlich Wirksamkeit und Gewicht ermöglichen. Paßstücke zum Verbinden derartiger Schutzschläuche sind bisher nicht bekannt geworden. Ein Paßstück für einen längs geschlitzten Wellschlauch aus Kunststoff ist der US-PS 3,711,632 zu entnehmen, das am Ende des Schlauches angebracht wird, um zu verhindern, daß die innerhalb des Schlauches befindlichen Leitungen in den Schlitz gelangen. Dieses Paßstück besteht aus zwei Hälften mit. an die Form des Wellschlauches angepaßten Innenflächen, die durch ein achsenparalleles Gelenk miteinander verbunden sind, so daß die Hälften in eine offene und eine geschlossene Position schwenkbar sind. Fig. 1 zeigt ein Formstück 1, das im Zuge eines Kabelbaumes 2 mit darüber befindlichen Abschirmgeflechten 3 und 4 dazu dient, täieseimechanisch und elektrisch miteinander zu verbinden und zugleich anhand einer Ableitschelle 5 einen Masseanschluß herzustellen. Das Formstück 1 besteht aus zwei Halbschalen 6 und 7 mit einer Trennfuge im Bereich der Symmetrieebene, worüber die Geflechte 3 und 4 geschoben sind, so daß das Formstück 1 die !Geflechte 3,4 von innen abstützt. Als Spannelement dient hier die Ableitschelle 5, die beide Geflechte im Spannbereich des Formstücks überdeckt. Die zweiteilige Ausbildung des Formstücks 1 in Form der Halbschalen 6,7 bietet die Möglichkeit, diese auf dem Kabelbaum 2 anzubringen ohne sie von einem Ende des Kabelbaumes 2 her auffädeln zu müssen.Fig. 1 shows a molded part 1 which, in the course of a cable harness 2, is used to connect the shielding braids 3 and 4 above it mechanically and electrically and at the same time to create a ground connection using a discharge clamp 5. Als Spannelement dient ein Quetschring 25. Anstelle des Quetschringes 25 kann auch ein Schrumpfring, insbesondere auf der Basis einer Legierung mit Formgedächtnis, verwendet werden.
