Description
Glühkasten zum Brennen von Bleistiftminen Im Patent 748 037 ist ein Glühkasten zum Brennen von Bleistiftminen beschrieben, der in einer Dimension, z. B. der Breite oder der Höhe, eine verhältnismäßig kleine Abmessung besitzt. Der im Hauptpatent beschriebene Glühkasten ist aus einem metallischen Werkstoff hergestellt. Es hat sich nun herausgestellt, daß die Anwendung dieser Dimensionen auch dann vorteilhaft ist, wenn der Glühkasten aus einem Metallkarbid besteht. Als besonders geeignet hat sich Siliziumkarbid herausgestellt. Auch bei der Wahl von Metallkarbiden als Werkstoff für die Wandungen ist es möglich, eine geringe Wandstärke für die Kästen zu verwenden. Überdies sind die Metallkarbide sehr gute Wärmeleiter, so daß der aus ihnen hergestellte Glühkasten für den Zweck des Brennens von Bleistiftminen einen metallischen Kasten ersetzen kann, wobei die einfache Herstellung dieser Kästen von besonderem Vorteil ist.Incandescent box for burning pencil leads. Neu ist jedoch die Verwendung von Glühkästen aus diesem Werkstoff zum Brennen von Bleistiftminen in der Anwendung der Dimensionen nach Patent 748 037.
