Description
The invention relates to a distributor piece, which has the task of a coal dust-air mixture as evenly as possible on several burner lines to distribute. _ It is known that for a burner to work properly, a even distribution of the fuel-air mixture. With coal dust-air mixtures This creates particular difficulties. One has therefore tried to go through the various fixtures and measures, e.g. B. by flaps, slides, baffle plates, Distributor pieces and parallel as well as sharpened and adapted to the distributor shape Sheet metal walls, adjustable grilles, also due to changing speeds in Venturi tubes and larger containers to effect an even distribution. However, the desired success was only achieved with considerable effort.
The invention is based on the object with the simplest means to create a manifold that has an operationally permissible deviation of up to 5 ° / o between the individual dust quantities and the mean value a coal dust-air mixture distributed over several burner lines. A physical law says that at Branch of a liquid or gas stream the distribution according to the size of the Resistance takes place. In the case of a coal dust-air flow, there is only one requirement added that the mixture was previously homogenized and the individual lines under the same conditions is fed. For this purpose, a vertical coal dust / air mixture riser pipe carries at the end of a slender, pyramidal or truncated cone or with two opposite, parallel walls formed, diffuser-like extension one to the perpendicular Axis symmetrically designed conclusion, from which the with as far as possible Symmetrically arranged pipes with the same flow resistance leading to the individual burners go out.
There are particular advantages of the distributor according to the invention that with the simplest means without moving and wear-sensitive parts a sufficiently even distribution of the coal dust-air mixture on a any number of burner lines is achieved in a reliable manner.
In the drawing there are two. Embodiments of the subject matter of the invention shown. Fig. I shows a flat diffuser in longitudinal section, Fig. 2 shows the same after a rotation of 90 ° in section; in Fig. 3 the distributor plate is one frustoconical diffuser illustrated.
The supply line i of the coal dust-air mixture carries the diffuser 2, from the distributor plate 3, with the burner lines q. is completed.
