Claims (4)
- PATENTANSPRÜCHE: ..1. Oxydgleichrichter, insbesondere KupferoxydulgleidiTichter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der wirksamen Oberfläche des Gleichrichters eine gut leitende Schicht aufgebracht ist, die aus einer Legierung von etwa 5 bis 95% Zinn und etwa 95 bis 5% Blei besteht.
- 2. Oxydgleichriditer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktschicht überwiegend, aus Zinn besteht.
- 3. Oxydgleichrichter nach Anspruch i, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktschicht aus einer eutektischen Legierung von Zinn und Blei, ζ. B. aus etwa 63% Zinn und etwa 37% Blei, besteht.
- 4. Oxydgleichrichter nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor der Auftragung der Kontaktschicht auf die Oberfläche des Gleichrichters auf diese eine Graphitschidht, insbesondere mittels einer Graphitlösung, aufgebracht wird.
