In der Figur ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel für einen Briefumschlag 1 nach der Erfindung dargestellt. Der Briefumschlag 1 weist die Umschlagklappe 2 Fit den Klebe rändern 3 und 4 auf. Der obere Beginn d^r.T Kleberänder 3, 4 ist von der oberen Kante 5 des Briefumschlages 1 beabstandet, und zwar etwa um die Breite eines Fingers.
