Description
Bei Höchstdruck-Keilplatten-Absperrschiebern ohne Entlastung treten bei den größeren Nenn= weiten sehr große Öffnungskräfte und ein erheblicher Reibverschleiß auf. _ Zur Entlastung der Schieberplatten beim Öffnen kann durch einen .äußeren -Umgang zwischen den beiden Schieberseiten Druckausgleich herbeigeführt werden. Die Anordnung eines Umgangs ist jedoch vor allem bei Kraftwerken wegen der damit verbundenen Komplikationen und der Gefahr von Undichtigkeiten nicht erwünscht. Durch den Leerweg x des Hilfskeiles e entstehen beiderseits zwischen dem Hilfskeil und den Druckplatten e Spielräume, wodurch die Absperrplatten d entlastet und spannungsfrei werden. Nach Beendlgung des Leerweges x kommt der Hilfskeil e zur Anlage an dem Korb b. Erst bei der Weiterbewegung .der Spindel a wird der Korb b und dadurch die entlasteten Absperrplatten d ohne Reibverschleiß in die Öffnungsstellung gebracht. Durch die geteilte Ausführung des Hilfskeiles e können Differenzen, die durch das N acharbeiten der Dichtflächen entstehen, oder bei der Herstellung aufgetretene Ungenauigkeiten durch Zwischenlegen von Blechen in die Teilfuge ausgeglichen werden.
