Description
The invention relates to permanent magnet rotors, particularly those with main machines , synchronous machines sitting on the same shaft. In known runners of this type are made on the jacket of a cylinder. Permanent magnet pole pieces made of material from high magnetic permeability held by non-magnetizable rings, which surround the cylinder and are riveted to the pole pieces. The one in the axial direction Rings arranged next to the pole pieces can only be small for reasons of space Have cross-section, so that the strength of the execution, especially at high Peripheral speeds, is inadequate.
This disadvantage is avoided according to the invention in that the pole shoes with spacers made of non-magnetizable material to one. Ring welded together which is shrunk onto the permanent magnet cylinder. To this In this way, not only are the pole pieces securely held, but also beyond that the brittle and therefore mechanically weak material of the cylinder firmly held together.-A Embodiment of the invention is shown in Fig. I and 2 of the drawing, which show the rotor of a synchronous machine, the one sitting on the shaft 2 Cylinder i consists of permanent magnet material, which corresponds to the required number of poles, z. B. from the stand `; is polarized. At the 'magnetic poles. of the cylinder i pole shoes 3 made of material of high permeability are arranged, the after.the_. Invention with intermediate pieces 7 made of non-magnetizable material are welded together in a ring. This ring is shrunk onto the cylinder i. In addition, pressure plates 8 are also provided on both sides of the cylinder i, which are connected to each other and to the cylinder by bolts 9 and serve to to hold together the mechanically weak material of the cylinder. Those trained as rings Printing plates are also surrounded by the shrink-on rings so that the. brittle and therefore mechanically weak cylinders i securely enclosed on all sides is and the plates 8 are also firmly held.
A similar fastening of the pole shoes is shown in FIGS. 3 and q .. Sector-shaped pole pieces i i sit on a magnetizable steel socket io Permanent magnet material, which, as indicated by dashed lines, can also be subdivided, making the execution cheaper. will. In the pole gaps between these pieces i i are sector-shaped filler pieces 12 made of non-magnetizable material. On the through The cylinder formed by sectors is shrunk into a ring made up of four welded together Sectors. The two ring sectors 3, which lie over the poles, consist of magnetizable material, the other two ring sectors above the pole gaps 7 made of non-magnetizable material. All inner sector pieces i i and 12 are through Lateral pressure rings 8 and bolts 9 made of non-magnetizable material in the axial direction held together.
