Description

Das Messen im Bauhandwerk mit zusammen klappbaren Zollstöcken bereitet hauptsächlich in engen Räumen dadurch gewisse Schwierigkeiten, daß das zu bestimmende Maß nic'ht durch ein-. maliges Anlegen des Zollstocks bestimmt werden kann, sondern immer mehrere Arbeitsgänge erfordert. Bedingt durch die bestimmte Länge der einzelnen Glieder des Zollstocks von 22 cm kann der Zollstock nur bis zu einer gewissen Länge aufgeklappt werden. Die Reststrecke muß durch eine zweite Messung ermittelt werden. Soll z. B. in einem Badezimmer oder in einem Abort die Breite der Wand, die in diesem Fall I,26 m betragen soll, gemessen werden, so wird der Zollstock auf I,22 m aufgeklappt und diese Stelle an der Wand markiert (Bleistiftstrich, Nagelriß).
