Description

Hierbei zeigt sich der Übelstand, daß der Kopf *des Zahnrades stärker eingehärtet wird als der Zahngrund. Umthesen Übelstand zu vermeiden, wird gemäß der Erfindung td,ie verzahnte Scheibe mit radialen, nicht durchgehenden Schlitzen am Zahnkopf der Scheilbe versehen. Dies bietet den Vorteil, daß die Stromdichte im Zahngrund des Zahnrades gegenüber Scheiden ohne solche Radialschlitze erhöht wird. Damit wird die Erwärmung am Zahngrund verstärkt, was wiederum bedingt, @daß die gehärtete Oberfläche ungefähr überall, d. b. am Zahnkopf, an .den Flanken und am Zahngrund, die gleiche Stärke besitzt.
