In einem Rahmengestell (1 und 2) sind lenkbare und bremsbare Räder (15) angeschlagen. Im oberen Teil ist eine Wasserwaschwanne (4) eingelassen, welche fest verbunden ist mit einer Ablage (6), die einen Wasserüberlauf (7) vorweist, welcher zu einem Wasserablauf stutzen (2o) führt? Die Waschwanne (4) weist einen verschließbaren Wasserablauf (5) vor, welcher ebenfalls zum Stutzen (2o) führt. Unter dem Stutzen steht auf einem Zwischenboden (13) ein Abwassereiner (12). Mittels eines Griffes (16) ist das Fahrzeug leicht zu bewegen. In einen unten eingelagerten Wassertank (8) und (25/8), identisch, wird über einen Schlauch mit Stutzen (1o) von oben her Warmwasser oder Kaltwasser eingefüllt, bis bei eingestecktem Elektrokabel der Wasserstandsanzeiger (11) über Sensoren (26) den gewünschten Wasserstand anzeigt. Dann fährt man zum Bett eines Patienten oder !nun fährt zu einem Rollstuhlfahrer, um ihn zu waschen. Bei einsm Rollstuhlfahrer wird der überstehende Teil der Wanne (4) über dessen Oberschenkel ragen, so daß sich der Rollstuhlfahrer nur leicht nach vorne zu beugen braucht. An einer Mischbatterie (17,18) kann man die Wassertemperatur einstellen. Über einen Schlauch (19) mit Hebel und Wasaerdüse wird der Pumpvorgang in Gang gesetzt, sobald man der. Hebel niederurückt, so daß Wasser abfließen kann; dabei beginnt die Pumpe im Raum (14) zu arbeiten. Wird ein Durchlauferhitzer (21) verwendet, so fließt das vorher eingefüllte Kaltwasser hindurch und kommt am Schlauch (19) heraus. Das Wasser wird in die Wanne (4) hineingepumpt oder es l>uuft beim Kopfwaschen über den Kopf und über die Öffnivng (5) zum Stutzen (2o) und von dort in den darunter stehenden Abwassereimer (12) . Im Raum (14) sind alle benötigten elektrischen Vorrichtungen vorgesehen. Schläuche und Kabel sind durch die senkrechten Rohre des Fahrgestelles (1) nach oben verlegt. Dadurch, daß das Wasser von oben her iu den Tank (8) eingefüllt wird, kann beim fahren mit dem Wagen kein Wasser aus dem Tank durch den Einfüllstutzen heraimachwappen. Der Tank faß soviel Wasser₍ daß man damit sehr viele Patenten hintereinander wasohen kann, ohne dauernd neues Wasser herbeischaffen muß. Sowohl die Haares können unter fließendem Wasser gewaschen und damit aureichend ausgespült werden wie auch z.B. ein Waschlappen unter fließendem Wanser hygienisch ausgespült werden kann. Mit dem überstehenden Teil der Wanne (4) kann man sehr gut über die Oberschenkel eines Rollstuhlfahrers fahren, so daß dieser nur noch den Kopf leicht nach vorne beugen muß. Rollstuhler müssen nicht andauernd in das Bad gebracht werden, was teuer und zeitaufwendig ist. Patienten, die im Bett liegen bleiben müssen, können beispielsweise ihren Kopf übsr die Wanne (4) legen, so daß man ihnen auf diese Weise den Kopf waschen kann. Das Wasser aus dem Wagen kann aber auch über den Kopf eines Patienten gepumpt werden, welcher im Bett liegt und dabei auf einem schon bekannten Kunststoffkopfwaschbecken mit dem Kopf liegt &igr; dabei läuft das Warmwasser aus dem Tank (8) über den Kopf des Patienten, von dort in die schon bekannte Kunststoffwanne, und von dort über einen Schlauch in den Abwassereimer (12), Die Wanne (4) kann das Wasser, wenn dex Ablaß (5) verschlossen bleibt, dazu dienen, Fußbäder, Armbäder, Handbäder u.s.w, durchzuführen. Dadurch, daß genügend Ablageflächen vorhanden sind_p können die Utensilien, vieler Patienten auf einmal mitgeführt werden. Dab Reinigen des Gerätes ist einfacher als wenn man sehr viele einzelne Waschschüsseln reinigen isuß. Beim Fahren mit dein Gerät kann kein Wasser aus dein Einfüllstutzen (1c) und aus der Entlüftung (9) unten austreten; die elektrische Anlage bleibt vor Feuchtigkeit geschützt und dem Personal bleibt unnötige Aufwischarbeit erspart. Es ist möglich, bereits warmes Wasser einzufüllen und dieses Wasser lediglich über Pumpe -nit dem benötigten elektrischen Zubehör nach oben zu pumpen; dabei spart man den teuren Durchlauferhitzer. Es kann bei Verwendung eines Durchlauferhitzers aber auch kaltes Wasser eingefüllt werden.
