Beschreibung Description

Die Neuerung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Abtrennen von Stücken von insbesondere handelsüblichen Haushaltsfolien.The innovation concerns a device for separating pieces from, in particular, commercially available household foil.

Aus dem Deutschen Gebrauchsmuster 80 03 019 ist ein Behälter für Folienbahnen bekannt- Die Folie wird dabei aus dem unteren Bereich der Vorderseite des Behälters herausgeführt und an einer Verzahnung, die sich am Unteren Ende einer Schwenkklappe befindet in üblicher Weise abgetrennt. Dieser Behälter hat den Nachteil, daß das Abtrennen der Folie über Reißschienen neben manuellem Geschick einen gewissen Kraftaufwand erfordert und zudem umständlieh ist. Durch das Abtrennen über Reißschienen verzieht sich die Folienbahn und es kann daher ein sauberer Trennschnitt nicht erzielt werden. Weiterhin ist es nachteilig, daß nach dem Abtrennen nur ein kurzes Folienstück übrigbleibt, wodurch sich ein ungewolltes Zurückspulen der Folie ergeben kann. Protection claims

1. Device for cutting pieces of, in particular, commercially available household foil,

characterized by a cutting device (6) with a cutting head (12) guided in the cutting device (6) and by a fastening device (5) with which the device can be fastened to a cardboard container (2) of household foil (3).

2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the fastening device (5) and the cutting device (6) are formed in one piece.

3. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the length of the fastening device (5) is slightly smaller than the length of the commercially available cardboard-like containers (2) of household foil (3).

4. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a guide rail (11) arranged along the cutting device (6) is provided for guiding the cutting head (12).

Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cutting device (6) has a blade (15), at the end of which a cutting head slider (16) is arranged which is guided in a form-fitting manner in the guide rail (11) and a handle (14) is arranged at the opposite end protruding from the guide rail (11).

6. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the blade (15) has a cutting edge (17) on both sides.

7. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cutting edge (7) protruding from the guide rail (11) is arranged in the separation direction (Λ) at an acute angle to the film web to be separated.
