Description

  • Verfahren zur Kaltformgebung von Metallen In dem Patent 747 422 ist ein Verfahren zur Kaltformgebung von Eisen und Stahl beschrieben, das darin besteht, daß als Kühl- und Schmiermittel Wasser-in-Öl- und Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsionen mineralischer, pflanzlicher und tierischer Öle Verwendung finden, deren wässerige Phase Sulfide (Einfad-h- oder Mehrfachsulfide) in gelöster Form enthält.
  • Es wurde nun gefunden, daß man. bei der Kaltformgebung von Eisen und Stahl, aber auch von Nichteisenmetallen, an Stelle -der .in der wässerigen Phase gelöste Sulfide enthaltenden Wasser-in-Öl-und Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsionen mineralischer, pflanzlicher und tierischer Öle, mit Vorteil wässerige Lösungen, die neben wasserlöslichen Schmiermitteln, wie Seifen, Fettalkobolsulfonaten, Alkylbenzolsulfonaten usw., wasserlösliche Sulfide oder Mehrfachsulfide enthalten, verwenden kann.
  • Der Vorteil dieser neuen Kühl- und Schmiermittel gegenüber &n wasseremulgierbaren Schmiermitteln des Patents 747 422 besteht .darin, daß sie diese in der Schmierwirkung übertreffen und nicht wie letztere zur Entmischung neigen, .die durch den Zusatz der Sulfide nur noch gesteigert wird. Ein für den Erfindungszweck geeignetes Kühl-und Schmiermittel besteht beispielsweise aus 2 bis 5 Teilen eines Fettalko'holsulfonats, 5 bis 1o Teilen .einer 2o°läigen Ammoniumsulfidlösuing und 85 bis 93 Teilen Wasser.
  • Ein in diese Lösung eingetauchtes Eisenblech überzieht sich rasch mit metallisch glänzendem Eisensulfid. Die Aggressivität (Geschwindigkeit der Sulfidfilmbildung) der neuen Kühl=undSchmiermittel wird durch Lagern derselben an der Luft und den Gebrauch gesteigert. In die Kühl- und Schmiermittel können vorteilhaft fette Öle einemulgiert werden..

  1. PATENTANSPRUCH.: Verfahren zur I#,'-;altformgebung von Metallen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Kühl- und -Schmiermittel wässerige 'Lösungen verwendet werden, die neben wasserlöslichen Schmiermitteln, wie Seifen, Fettalkoholsulfonaten, Alkylbenzolsulfonaten usw., wasserlösliche Sulfide oder Mehrfachsulfide enthalten.
