Description

Dünne Spanplatte
Die Neuerung betrifft eine dünne Spanplatte.
Dünne Spanplatten sind bis hinunter zu einer Stärke von etwa 2,6 mm bekannt. Sie werden als freitragende Platten, z.B. als Rückwände \on Möbel, eingesetzt. Dünnere Spanplatten sind bisher nicht bekannt.
Der Neuerung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine dünne Spanplatte zu schaffen, die eine solche Dicke hat, daß sie kostengünstig auf neuen Gebieten einsetzbar ist.
Die Lösung der der Neuerung zugrundeliegenden Aufgabe besteht in einer dünnen Spanplatte, die durch eine Dicke von 2 mm oder weniger, vorzugsweise 1,6 mm, gekennzeichnet ist.
Derartige dünne Spanplatten sind zwar nicht mehr als freitragende Platten einsetzbar, jedoch als dünne und harte Oberflächenschicht für weiche Unterlagen. Eine solche Unterlage kann z.B. eine Platte aus Schaumstoff, insbesondere Hartschaumstoff, sein, wie sie zu Isolationszwecken eingesetzt wird. Derartige Platten haben den Nachteil, daß sie sich bei punktförmigen Belastungen eindrücken. Eine Oberflächenschicht aus einer dünnen Spanplatte gemäß der Neuerung verhindert dies. Zwar würde eine Spanplatte der bisher bekannten, größeren Dicke den gleichen Vorteil bringen, jedoch würde gleichzeitig das Produkt teurer und schwerer.

Gemäß einer Weiterbildung der Neuerung ist die Spanplatte einseitig mit einer Oberfläehenbeschichtung aus Papier versehen. Diese Oberflächenbeschichtung ermöglicht ein unmittelbares Auftragen von Farbe oder Lack. Anhand der Zeichnung soll die Neuerung näher erläutert werden.
Fig. 1 zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer neuerungs-
gemäßen, dünnen Spanplatte im Schnitt, und Fig. 2 zeigt die Spanplatte gemäß Fig. 1 in Verbindung mit einer Schaumstoffplatte.
In Fig. 1 ist eine Spanplatte 1 im Schnitt gezeigt, die eine Dicke von 1,6 mm hat und auf ihrer ,Oberseite mit einer Oberflächenbeschichtung aus Papier 2 versehen ist.
Fig. 2 zeigt die Spanplatte gemäß Fig. 1, die auf
ihrer der Beschichtung aus Papier 2 abgewandten gleite 3 mittels eines Bindemittels mit einer Platte 4 aus Schaumstoff verbunden ist, die eine wesentlich größere Dicke als die Spanplatte 1 haben kann. Die in Fig. 2 gezeigten Dicken*- verhältnisse dienen daher nur der Darstellung^ die Schicht aus Schaumstoff 4 kann jede beliebige Dicke haben.

1. Dünne Spanplatte, gekennzeichnet durch eine Dicke von 2 ram oder weniger, vorzugsweise 1,6 mm.
2. Spanplatte nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eil 2. einseitige Oberf lächenbeschichtung aus Papier (2) .
3. Spanplatte nach Anspruch 17 d-a durch gekennzeichnet, daß sie auf einer Seite mit einer Schicht (4) aus weidem Material verbunden ist.
4. Spanplatte nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schicht (4) aus weichem Material eine Platte aus Schaumstoff, insbesondere Hartschaumstoff, ist.
