Bekannt ist es auch, Gleitlagern, die als Austauschlager für hochwertige Wälzlager dienen, einen rinnenförmigen Ringkörper aufzuschweißen, der als Raumfüller an der Einbaustelle des Lagers und zugleich als Ölkammer dient.
