Description

Hierbei führt die Verbindung von Polyestern mit Diisozyanaten zur Vernetzung und Auftreibung der Mischung, so daß ohne Zusatz von Treibmitteln und bei Raumtemperaturen ein Aufschäumen der Masse herbeigeführt werden kann. Bei den erfindungsgemäß zur Anwendung kommenden Kunststoff-Schaumstoffen kann ferner in vorteilhafter Weise durch Wahl geeigneter hart- oder weichmachender Polyester eine Warmplastizität bei 4o bis 5o° erreicht werden. Die Verarbeitung dieser Polyurethankombinationen erfolgt gemäß der Erfindung bei Temperaturen von 20 bis i5o° je nach Wahl der Rohstoffkomponenten, wodurch sämtliche Variationen von starrer bis elastischer und grobporiger bis feinporiger Struktur möglich sind und das spez. Gewicht dem Verwendungszweck des Endproduktes angepaßt werden kann. Die günstige Verarbeitungsmöglichkeit der Polyurethanprodukte erlaubt eine schnelle Fabrikation durch Gießen des schaumfähigen Ansatzes in Formen zu Blöcken oder Strängen nach einer vorangegangenen Vormischung mittels Rührwerken oder Schwingmischern in besonderen Mischgefäßen oder durch das bekannte Schwingmischen unmittelbar in der Form, wodurch,der Schäum- und Härteprozeß eingeleitet wird. Es kann aber auch die endgültige Form mit dem schaumfähigen Mischgut mittels einer Hochdruckpatrone beschickt werden, nachdem der sehr hohe Eigentrieb der Polyurethankombinationsmischungdurch eine vorangegangene Schwingmischung erzeugt wurde, so daß die bereits im Treibzustand befindliche :Mischung die Hauptform selbsttätig füllt und dort zur Aushärtung gelangt.Compared to these known cleaners, the one according to the invention differs Process in that the foams from combined polyurethane products, optionally with the addition of fillers, dyes, accelerators and plasticizers will.
