Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Herstellung von Betonschwellen oder -trägern in Spannbeton, bei dem die in Form von dünnen Stahldrähten gehaltenen Bewehrungseinlagen unter hoher Vorspannung in der Form liegen und nach dem Einbringen und. vollständigen Erhärten des Betons zum Einleiten von Druckspannungen in den Beton entspannt werden. Sie betrifft ein neues Verfahren zur Einlagerung von gespannten Bewehrungsdrähten, die zur Aufnahme von Schuhspannungen von der oberen Zone schräg zur unteren Zone laufen. Hierzu werden erfindungsgemäß diese Drähte über die Form durchsetzende Bolzen mit losen Führungsrollen gespannt, worauf nach dem Erhärten des Betons die Bolzen zur Einleitung der Spannung in den Beton entfernt werden. Diese schräg gespannten Drähte ` erhalten hierbei die gleiche Spannung wie die sonstigen Bewe,hrungseinlagen. Die Führungsrollen verbleiben in dem Beton und die Bolzenlöcher werden mit Beton ausgegossen.
